“The process of switching numbers to a new provider was ridiculous. We were trying to switch two numbers over from two separate providers and it took hours to get the right information. We would have walked out and went somewhere else if it weren't for Carlos. He is definitely the best customer service representative I have ever met. He made what could have been a very frustrating process an enjoyable experience.”

I was told about new flex plan and decided to get it, only to have to turn around days later to phone turned off along with new tablet included with plan!
