Worst experience ever.. only 1 employee working quite a few customers in store.. I stood there almost a hour just to pay my phone bill while the employee took care of one customer like seriously need more than just 1 employee working ..dont make no sense at all

The store and employee was awesome! Very polite and very helpful.....the customer service at the store was a 10!!But calling customer service through My Metro app....awful....rude ...and just down right could care less about the customer

Couldn't talk to someone without being interrupted. By another customer. I got a free phone. That I can't use at the location. I intended to use it at. The salesmen was no help with that. Me being the kind person I am. Would ask the customer. Where they intended to use the device? Then I would pull up the coverage map and tell the customer. They wouldn't even be able to use their device at the location. Because I wouldn't want my customer. To get to work or wherever it is they were going to use the phone and not be able to use it.
