ACCESSORIES ARE NOT INCLUDEDWhile purchasing an iPhone 11 to replace my broken phone, I encountered some issues. The sales representative mentioned accessories like a screen protector and a case, insinuating they were included, despite my prior discussions with customer service about deals.Surprisingly, I was also told they don't provide receipts, which seemed odd. Leaving the store, my daughter and I couldn't help but find humor in the situation. Desperation for commission can be serious in this small town. Which is insane considering how cheap it is.After the incident, I promptly contacted customer service, addressing the unauthorized addition of phone insurance and the misrepresented accessories. They kindly issued a refund and I filed a consumer's report and a complaint with the ethics department on this particular store.

We was there on Talbotten Rd across from (New Horizon's) Trying 2 pay Mamacita phone bill at 8:50@We was 1st one there other's form in line at 9@ the young lady seen everyone but refused 2 OPEN Door atleast 8 ppls was in line like 9:25@ (WOW) everyone banging on window we see her she saw us...everyone left went 2 D.General on Hamilton rd but they don't take C.Cards at this time soooo we ended back on Talbotten rd 9:45@ the young lady apologized said she was waiting on her BOSS??

First of all the representative open the store up late. They supposed to open up at 9am he open up at 9:39. He wasn't helpful at all. I wish I couldn't even give him this 1 star.

I had worst experience at store address 1239B 13th ave. I went to buy2 phones by smart pay. The young girl / manager added. Speaker said was gift for doing SP and it only cost me $20. Charge me. $79.98 in computer, smart ride ,didnt ask for at all, charge me for $69.98 for 2 phone cases. That was told gift for doing smart pay. Add extra service on phone. When went back next day get charges off and return all items she put in bag. She claim they couldnt be return. I will never go back to that store again the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had in my life since I had a cell phone. She was rude when I caught her in lies. Told me get out her store. Which I will NEVER go back flimflammer just get her #'s up. Bad business at that store. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Decent service. Went in with a broken phone and was told I had to wait till my upgraded date. They did give me a screen protector for free but apparently the wrong info. Ended up going to another store as they said I would be charged the same price for a new phone no matter if I got it now or later. So service was good and they did try to help but they may have been misinformed on the process of getting a new phone. I will say that Jasmine, the employee I talked to, was the most professional and kind employee Ive ever had at a Metro PCS store.
