My son went here to rent a tux for prom. He was told it was $293 for a tux rental. I went online and found a $60 off coupon. Something they didn’t share with my kid. Later on, the guy told my son it was so much bc the prom package comes with shoes. When asked if my son needed shoes, my son said no. He never gave that information. My son is 18. I feel like he should have explained, a prom package is cheaper. I wasn’t understanding why he wasn’t being told all the prices. I called and spoke to the guy who was suppose to be helping him. He Informed me, “it wasn’t his job to help my son”. I think he might be confused about what his job is. I asked if he worked off commission and he replied “no”. Then why not help a kid get a cheaper tux? This happened today, Sunday April 7, 2024. His appointment was at noon. I would not recommend renting a tux from here.

Completely indifferent to me buying or not. I asked for help and was told to just look around. Heard the manager giving his team sales goals. Yet, the guy assigned to me could not have been more rude.

I bought dress shirts and recently dress shoes and have been very pleased with my purchase. Salesperson Victor was most helpful with my purchases. He took his time answering all my questions and helped me find the best fit and value for my money.

Victor was phenomenal! We needed a VERY last minute groomsmen outfit. He put together styling that was phenomenal and versatile so it can be an investment for several more years of fantastic attire. Wonderful customer service and exceptional taste!

I’ve visited Men’s Wearhouses across the country to purchase suits for 10 years and was always pleased. That is until visiting the Columbus location this week.The suit I needed for an important occasion wasn’t ready for a 7pm promised pick up time because the tailor called in sick. I understand this happens, but what I couldn’t understand is why no one thought to call me earlier than 7pm so I could arrange for a new tailor, and avoid coming to the store when the suit was not even ready.When I called later to discuss with a manager - Logan, I believe his name was - wouldn’t even acknowledge that anything was done incorrectly or apologize. There was no offer to have the tailoring completed the next morning. Just pure lack of care and professionalism.I should also mention, the salesperson I dealt with was not at all helpful and I had to remind him of basic things, like needing to take the length measurement for a pair of pants.I’ll be writing the corporate office in hopes that providing constructive criticism can improve the situation at this Columbus location. It’s disappointing as a long time Men’s Warehouse customer to see a location managed like this.

Came in bought a 3 piece suit, almost $1000. My significant other had run down to Macy's so I was waiting on them to come back. I was waiting by the door because it was cold outside and I was told to sit on the bench outside of I was waiting. I will never step foot in this store again..How entitled are the employees here?? Spend $1000 and get told to sit outside in the cold??Just lost a bunch of money. I'm done. Never ever again. This is what happens when you put equity over quality.

Disappointting experience. Lady was training what looked to be a young high school kid on how to take measurements on my husband, how more than a full hand in a jacket is too big, etc. I understand everyone needs training but there are much better ways without using the customer as a guinea pig. We came in and purchased a $400 suit, not appropriate. They did not have a vest in his size or carry larger than a size 42 in pants. My husband only needed a 44. Went to E&S warehouse today and purchased a 3 piece suit, looked better, he said fit and felt better, and alterations included was $225, literally almost half the price (less than the jacket alone). Returned this one and wont look to even purchase here in the future. Not a suit store Columbus even needs!

Went in to buy a tuxedo shirt, tie, and cummerbund. Female associate looked but did not have my shirt size. She obviously did not want the sale because she did not offer to look online or check other options. Went immediately behind the register. She pointed out the tie section but didn’t care about customer service. Not busy at all. Will spend more money at Chancellor's in Uptown or purchase online. Customer service is lacking and needs improvement. Never go back.

This place is absolute trash. Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in a LONG time. I went to get fitted for a tux, they had me type my weight and height in and a computer came up with all my measurements? The guy measured across my back and my left arm and that was it. I tried on some pants and a jacket that didn’t fit so I ask the guy what he thinks and he said he isn’t sure. I said you’re the professional which he reply’s no I wouldn’t say that. Of course when I get there to try on my tux it was entirely to big. I asked the lady that was looking at me as if I was bothering her what she thought and she said it’s a perfect fit. I asked for a smaller pant size and jacket size and when I tried that on and asked her again what she thought she said that’s a perfect fit? Absolutely zero help at all. Not only did the suit not fit but it was as of they balled it up and put it in the bag. I asked the lady of it was up to me to get it pressed and she said no it comes that way. I said well look at this suit? She proceeds to tell me to take it home and turn on the shower and that should get the wrinkles out. Oh yea I payed 300 to RENT this suit. Absolutely garbage. I wish I could give ZERO stars

I just walked out of the Columbus GA store, I hoped all the reviews were wrong NOPE they were spot on. At least 6 people working and not one said a single word to me. It's not like I'm a child or even a teenager I'm in my late 50s and dressed well given my government contractor job. They were more in to talking to themselves even as I looked through EVERY suit on two racks just to see the sizes and after trying on at least 4 jackets and still not a word just how I walked in NOT ONE WORD. I guess they make enough money they don't need mine.Robert Hicks

Their place is awful. I would not recommend it to anyone renting a tux for a special occasion.
