“It’s been years since I’ve gone into a Hot Topic, and during my recent visit, the customer service was absolutely amazing. There was a worker named Shay who helped me out. She was happy to help me look for items I couldn’t find and suggest other items she thought might be interested in. I ended up walking out of the store with way more items than I intended to buy walking in. Her assistance was much appreciated, and she’s made a Hot Topic regular customer out of me. This all happened about a month ago. I would’ve left a review sooner, but I just found my lost receipt with her name on it now; she definitely deserves a good review.”

“I had ordered some makeup online, and it was running late. DILLARDS is the only place I could find Lancolm pressed powder. The girl at the desk was very helpful and polite. She told me I was in luck they had my shade 220 buff in stock. I was so happy. I hope I do not have mishaps in shipping in the future, but if I do, I know where to find my make-up.”

“I tend to get anxious shopping in clothing stores. I tend to feel like my senses get overwhelmed by the noise and visual chaos. However, my experience here was nothing like that. I went with my same-sex partner, and employees were immediately kind and welcoming. While there was a lot displayed in a small space, it was quiet and arranged in a way where I could take my time and not get overwhelmed. The employees were very kind and helpful and made an experience that is usually overwhelming for me comfortable. Plus, I found some great clothing! A great experience all around.”
“All that leather smells pretty good. I was there for hat shaping. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. I came out with a better shape hat. Shape is holding well. Plenty selection of workboots and traditional slip on leather boots.”
“Macy's in Columbus is located inside Peachtree Mall. The store is big and clean. It carries designer brands of a number of clothing items and footwears. It also has wide displays of jewelries, scent bottles, bags and other accessories at affordable prices. It also has home section where you can buy bedsheets, towels and kitchen appliances and utensils. The Macy's Backstage is top notch when you are looking for discounted items. The store ladies are very helpful to guide and answer my questions. I just hope that this store will not close as many Macy's store have ceased operation nationwide.”
“About a year ago I went into this store couldnt believe how horrible it looked. I even brought friends back in to take pictures and laughed and was thankful I didn't have to work there. I've worked retail pretty much my whole life and I had never EVER seen anything as bad as that store. You couldnt find anything, there was more product, FAR more product, out of the boxes and on the floor, than on the shelves. Today I went in and honestly could not tell you how much better it looked. It was a completely different store. It looked great, was organized and sparkly clean. the cashier and stockers were friendly, asked if I needed help and said thank you when I left. Now that it's like it is, I definitely will be back.?”

“I had a marvelous experience at Casanova of Columbus GA. Recently, I purchased some dress pant for my son’s prom after I received some dress pant from another store. They did not have exactly what I wanted but they found a way to fulfill my request. Casanova altered a pair of pant for my son’s tuxedo for prom. This completed his outfit! I would like to thank Casanova for having quality apparel and fulfilling my need to make my son’s wishes come true.”

“Our son is a student and was in need of purchasing a tux for upcoming choral performances. We do not live in Columbus and happened upon Celebrate Tuxedos on a visit there. The manager Tiffany and the staff are so kind and friendly and went above and beyond in their efforts and delivered a perfectly fitting tux exactly as promised! We cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service at Celebrate Tuxedos and highly recommend them!!”
