“Im only giving 4 stars because the wait time is long. Once your name is actually called and you go back that is so fast. Now I was nervous going here because of the bad reviews but I noticed a few things while here. The front desk was not rude but rather busy and running around doing some of everything. People do not listen. You clearly sign in at the kiosk when you get there and so many people will look at it like it’s an option and still go get in line and get upset when told to go sign in at the kiosk. Older people especially don’t even try to use it before complaining. I’m going to come out and say it I feel like a lot of people are saying they have bad attitudes because it’s all black women in there. I was there for a long time and even when dealing with me and others no one had an attitude but the patients that came in automatically ready to start drama.”
