Staff was friendly and professional establishment was nice. I came in to get my tires balanced and rotated; I was in and out in no time. This service was cost efficient and they did an excellent job. Jack took great care of my car and sent me on my way car good as new.

Chris and Lexi were beyond helpful. I received a full inspection and was made aware of some hazardous issues concerning my vehicle. Chris fixed the issues in a timely fashion and Lexi was an excellent assistant manager.

So frustrated! At Mavis Tires on schongburg Rd....To start off....the guy that checked me in James offered an extra discount for a good review....I don't know him and my car hasn't even been serviced yet...had a 12:00 appointment and they didn't pull it in until after 1:00 and that was after I asked when it would be pulled in. while waiting I hear him on the phone bragging that he was going to beat out the whittlesey location and was already at $10,000 for the week, then names off all the things in the shop that he got approved to work on. Money and reviews is all he wants. He just came in to let me know my car was almost finished and he would be back to go over some things they found....I said no thanks....he laughed and thought I was joking... .I looked at him and said I'm serious. At 2:30 it finally came around and he had another guy check me out. $83.25 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle! I even told the guy checking me out what I heard... But he obviously didn't care either. Just noticed on my receipt they took my address out and changed my email...

Today I had a flat tire coming off of the schomburg exit. I pulled up to the Mavis because several years ago I had a great experience with them. The first guy that greeted me was already handling a work order,He was very polite and said ,pull up to the window that says tires and wheels and I'll get someone to help you. He went in and told someone else ,came out and proceeded to do the job he was in. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes no one came. As I was sitting in my vehicle waiting,I saw another guy asking about changing my tire. They were looking back and forth. I clearly heard the profanity about, I'm not changing no mf tire I started my vehicle and pulled next door to the Publix parking lot and called someone to come and change my tire. Very rude and showed no concern. I was planning to purchase a set of tires since I was there but after this experience I will never shop there again. The language coming from those employees is very rude and if you don't want to work,stay at home. I will never recommend no one else to them as a business. In the past it was different but not some of those employees are very rude and inconsiderate. I've been in hospital and was heading to a doctor's appointment and I had to reschedule everything now. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

James, the manager of this store, was SUPER helpful with figuring out my complicated form of payment (Goodyear credit card over the phone). He was back and forth on the phone with billing and Goodyear to ensure my preferred payment method would be accepted for my brand new tires. In the mean time, he joked and chatted with me to make the stress go away. He’s always so friendly when he answers the phone and when he speaks person. I wish more managers in the car service world would be as welcoming as James!

Vontae did an amazing job on my oil change and rotation! Made sure all fluids and my air pressure was topped off as well. ??Great customer service, will be returning.
