Mattress by appointment is the best option when buying a mattress. I didn’t have to deal with the typical mattress salesman and I got a great mattress for a lot lower price than the typical quality mattress. The process was very easy and it felt like simple business. 10/10 recommend

After 15 years of service my wife and I determined that it was time to trade in our old mattress. They're a lots of mattress sellers in Columbus. We stopped in at a number place and a place across the street. Both were cordial and offer good products. I noticed that Mattress by Appointment had great reviews on Google. So I gave them a call. I talked with the owner, Kit. I made an appointment for later on in the day. I was able to find their location on Williams road with no problem. I liked their concept. It's not a fancy showroom. But if you want a good price on a mattress with great service you need a dealer with low overhead. We went in and tried several different mattresses. We found the one for us and made arrangements to have it delivered the following day. So I am now enjoying my new mattress and adjustable base as I write this review. Can't wait to sleep on it overnight. I highly recommend Mattress by Appointment.
