I had a very positive experience with Dr. Daniels. She is very personable, caring, and took really good care of my dog during a difficult time. Dr. Daniels is patient, willing to go the extra mile with explaining things, and overall just a very nice person. I only want her to care for my dog due to the level of trust I have in her ability and her level of professionalism. Thank you, Belinda and "Linx".

I have never been so traumatized. After finally making the agonizing decision to have our ailing 13 yo lab euthanized, the vet struggled with this procedure. The common practice is to sedate the animal prior to administering the final dose, however, they did not intend to sedate her so she could be calm. And then it took them multiple attempts to deliver the right dosage. It was NOT peaceful for her no matter how much we tried to comfort her. I was appalled. I do not recommend this vet's office at all.

Worst vet I have ever used. This was my first experience with this vet. They would not give prescription for necessary kidney food to Chewy. You can only get it from them. I had to make a second visit to get a paper prescription. They refused to email it to me. I had been in to their office to drop off a sample, but they did not tell me any of this. I found out from Chewy. The persons taking calls could not have been more rude. Woman behind the desk was not able to assist. There are other things I could list. Again, this was my first experience, and it could not have been worse.

I take my dogs here. Dr. Glass is very understanding, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Great staff, Britnee at the front is very helpful. A great clinic all together.

At a very difficult time for us, this vet made it even harder. First, we had an appointment to euthanize our cocker, Ariel. We weighted 45 minutes before we were called to go in the back. The elder Dr. Glass treated her. He administer the shot 3 or 4 times in both legs unable to hit the vein. Ariel tried to be patient but she was crying. The tech offered to install a catheter but was refused. Finally, the Dr agree to install the catheter and she was put to rest. We have had other pets put to sleep before the final shot while we held them in their final moments. The experience was traumatizing for all of us and of course we will find another vet for our babies.

I called 7 clinics, including our vet, and they were the only ones willing to make room for my dog...and she wasn't even their patient! Impressive staff, Vet and prompt affordable treatment! We will be taking all our pets here. Thank you Dr. Glass for helping Sasha and treating her back.

Took our cat there for check up. Was able to get them to approve meds for online purchase last year. 6 months later, they won't approve it anymore. Probably losing their business that way. Beware, if you want to buy meds at Chewy or other online sites, this vet will not approve your pets' meds for you. Go some place else!

We have a 3 year old English Bulldog and took him here for signs of an ear infection. They sent a vet tech out and took our dog inside. 20-25 minutes later who I’m guessing was a vet brought our baby out to the car. Said he had a slight ear infection and sent us home with no medicine only ear cleaner. Also, told me to put that in his ear daily. Then if that didn’t clear it up to come back in two weeks.
