Absolutely fantastic! I have a work truck and didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money trying to get it repainted. Maaco gave me a fair quote. And they fixed my broken tailgate handle at no additional cost. If I ever need any work done on my vehicles, I will definitely be going to Maaco.

We love Maaco Auto Body Shop .... We have used them a few times and every time they have out done themselves. My husband's truck was in a fender bender and Maaco body shop not only fixed his truck but matched his custom paint to the tee. If you're looking for an awesome body shop to fix your vehicle these people are the folks you want to see. Ask for Jeff or Hunter. I've used them several occasions and they have out done themselves every time. We're very satisfied. Tell them Dee sent you. Thanks Maaco for your terrific services.

Very Bad and poor paint job where I paid for best paint and body work. 3 times more funds were need for body repairs. A new door was purchased and installed by Maaco, but the old door was thrown away before existing parts to install new door. Windows idle pin missing in which cannot roll windows up or down. Th door handle does not work from the outside. Inside panel was broken and Bondo was everywhere on the door and frame. Trim from old door outside was thrown away and now they cannot even buy one like it. Then new door can’t open it from the outside so you have reach across truck on inside to open passenger door. Just a very poor job and they took my truck in on August 21, 2023 and I finally had to go get it on March 7, 2024. Of course, I had to pay before I could get even though Macco was waiting on parts for new door.From the start I informed Maaco I wanted a first-class paint job as this was 1985 S10 classic with new motor, headers and super automatic transmission. The estimate I got was $2400 and the last bill was $3650. Macco had to yet more body work, hood work and windshield. I waited from August 23, 2023 until March 7, 2024, which I went and got the truck because they were still trying to get parts for it and we’re going to repaint the hood and they never repainted the hood or got the dents out waiting on his truck 7 1/2 months and it was supposed to be 23 weeks. Please advise how we can get this truck straightened out as I am very going to irritated with the job I got, especially after taking pictures of where Maaco wanted to have great respect for the customers providing first class. Review attached pictures and make the decision for yourself as a person coming in and Maaco telling you can get first-class paint job with fixing the body issues.

If I could give zero I would, they were great when I first dropped my car off to get painted but after they left a rough spot on the front grill area and had to repaint it they had nothing but an attitude. Now after a month we realize they broke the clip on the front hood luckily my husband is a mechanic so he was able to get the hood open but with that being said it would’ve been nice to be notified that the clamp had broke and needed to be replaced. Disappointed in this company’s ability to fix their mistakes and attitude towards customers.

I have reached a point of extreme frustration with Maco and their business practices. I initially approached them with a door handle issue, and despite my explicit request for a targeted solution, they insisted on ordering the entire door handle "just in case." Following a waiting period due to the handle being on backorder, they kept my vehicle for a few days to address the problem. However, upon its return, I noticed the handle was still loose, and the window trim had been damaged.Upon reporting the issue, they apologized and promised to rectify it promptly if I brought the vehicle back in. Despite their assurances, the subsequent visit resulted in a few days of repair, and I was informed that the window trim was on backorder until July. Although they claimed to have fixed the door handle, it remained loose. Despite my willingness to tolerate it until the window trim could be addressed, I never received a follow-up call.It wasn't until my window malfunctioned, refusing to roll up, that I contacted them again to inquire about the status and reiterate the persistent issue with the door handle. After a preliminary check, they provided me with a return call within a week. However, during the subsequent attempt to address the problem, a miscommunication occurred, and what I expected to be a one-day drop-off turned into a frustrating 2.5-day ordeal.On the second day, I received a call informing me that they couldn't attend to the door handle because the window repair had consumed the entire allotted time. An additional appointment was scheduled for the handle, extending the overall timeframe. Astonishingly, despite having my vehicle for seven days (five business days), they were still unable to repair the door handle.To add to the frustration, each time I brought it in, they seemed to treat the door handle issue as something new, despite my earlier payment for an entire door handle replacement. Today, I was informed that they were assuming it was a base issue and that ordering the necessary parts would take even more time. Having spent over $650, my car is now in a worse condition than when I initially turned it in. When I requested compensation for the added troubles, I was met with silence. Trusting your car with this company is not advisable

Great customer service. Dependable. Works great with the insurance company after an accident. These folks are not amateurs. They may give you a big dose of "southern charm", but they are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accurate when it comes to paint and body work. Our car looks almost new again. I highly recommend Maaco!
