Never again. I've used this location for spot changes when I didn't have time to myself. All was OK, not great or bad until my last change. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed small drops of oil in my driveway. No big deal, the frame of that vehicle will hold a few drops. Tonight, I decided to crawl under it. My oil filter was loose. Not just loose, close to 2 full turns loose. I'm on the highway 5 days a week & I have to commute as far as Marrietta. I'm sure they would not want to pay for a 2 year old engine. Never again. That's 3 vehicles you'll never touch again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this place at all costs. There is a phone number which is listed for the business, and I called it a few times with no answer, so I went there to speak to a live person. I spoke to a guy with a long beard. I said: "You don't answer your phone." He said: "We don't have a phone." I replied to that with: "Well, that doesn't give me much confidence." Then this guy said: "I'm not trying to be rude, but..." Usually when people preface a statement with that, it means that they are going to, in fact, be rude, and what he said next was beyond belief. He actually said these words to me: "Grease Monkey is down the road." There is no way I would trust this guy under the hood of my car! So, I walked to my car and left. Not only did you lose my business today, but you have lost my business for life. And you can bet I will be telling everyone I know about how I was treated today.

Had the worst experience with a white gentleman today. His rudeness towards me is not worth sharing. Rude on top of rudeness along with over charging for oil change. Anyways don’t recommend. The other guys mainly black fellows are respectful and good customer service. I been coming here for years and only when this white gentleman is around the atmosphere changes. Smh 10-27-2023. He loves to argue with the customer.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The owner and manager are rude and very disrespectful. They break items on your vehicle and try to make you pay for their mistake. We previously brought all of our vehicles here for oil changes, and on occasion in the past the previous manager would own up to the mistake and repair the damage without cost to us. This new guy, however is not so kind. Breaking an oil filter and blaming it on the dealership that changed the oil the last time. Then trying to make me pay for it?! Nope. Please don't take your vehicle here.Service: Oil change
