You can't get help in this store and a million registers but only self checkout open and about 4 employees standing to the side in the corner chatting but not helping customers

My son was building a storage shed. I went to Lowes in Columbus, Georgia, to learn about floor anchors. Ronny showed me the different types around the store and explained how to use them for a shed floor. Ronny was accommodating, sweet, and funny – it was a pleasure meeting him.

Website said that 57 pieces of 12 feet galvanized roofing tin was available. Not on the floor! After several calls of "Customer needs assistance on Aisle 51" to no avail, a "Lorenzo, customer needs assistance on Aisle 51" was broadcasted. Apparently "Lorenzo"didn't feel like helping because he never showed.Finally after forty minutes, some were found. If your business doesn't want to help customers , keep the floor stocked. No one should have to wait and repeatedly ask for help like we did.

This place has gone quite downhill. I don't think there are enough employees working. The store is disorganized, if you need help either in an aisle, customer service line, or registers it takes forever. It's not the fault of the employees who seem like 1 person is doing the job of 3, but definitely needs some reorganization and additional help. Most employees are wonderful, but a few with an attitude who seem bothered by any questions.

Customer service is at an all time low!!! Waiting 30 min in the flooring department as I’m typing this. Employee called someone over multiple times, I even called from my cell phone to speak to someone and tell them to send someone back. Still no one. So in all, someone has been called 4 times. One employee said corporate cut employees and hours. Why isn’t someone manning the section at all times?! This is unacceptable

Customer Service Desk is horrible! 8 people standing around doing nothing! Eating, playing, talking to each other while the customer stands waiting on someone to ask "Can I help you" !Team Members don't know how to do returns or if items can be returned! Ask two of them a question...you will get two different answers! I will go to Phenix City before I spend another dime in this store!
