SLOT PLAYERS BEWARE
If you play the slot machines I strongly urge you to avoid this store at all cost. You will 100% lose money if you decide to try to play here. The machines are set so tight that it makes a mockery of gambling and playing the slot machines. The progressives are set so low that even hitting one (minor ($14) or major ($132)) will guarantee have a negative effect on the rest of your play. They are the lowest I have seen anywhere in the state of Georgia.
It's disheartening to see these greedy, arrogant store owners basically stealing money from hard-working people. I promise I just lost $1,000 in 20 minutes. I put two $100 bills into start and put it on $4 a spin and lost 50 spins in a row, absolutely ridiculous and thievery. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else but here.

Pathetic customer service. Lobby is closed so can't see anyone in person. Are we still blaming COVID at this point, people? Come on! Phone system is even worse. Sat on hold 20 minutes. Called back and used the call back feature. Got a call back 10 minutes later only for the system to put me back on hold. After another 25 minutes. Finally got sick of it and hung up. Worse customer service. Get better Liberty!

Total rip off. Gas bill went from $135 one month to $433 the next month. These folks are a total rip off and we are forced to deal with these clowns. They are robbing your money.

The customer service in Columbus, GA at Liberty Gas, need more experience on what's going with their computer system. I was charge $528 for their mistake, due to updates with the computer systems. I talked with one on the manager and she couldn't give me a clear answer on the reading of the gas meters. And had no Ideal what happened, so please check your bill everyday because Liberty Gas in Columbus, GA is over charging their customers. I pay my bills on time every month and sometimes over paid but still, she couldn't answer the question why my gas meter is saying something different from my statement. She also told me that she was going to find out and call me back, I never received a call back. I encouraged everyone to please pay attention to your bill because, they got over on me and I don't won't this to happen to anyone else. This is not a good Company.

Supposed to sale ethanol free gas. I didn't see anything indicating there was 10% ethanol added to the gas

Stopped by to play the Lottery. The sign said open but the door was locked with a paper sign on the door stating "Closed due to construction." However, employees were inside and pointed at the sign.We will never stop at this store again since the owner definitely doesn't know what customer service is!Should have just turned the lights off and stated "Closed for construction."

They are racist Indians! I gave a teenager some money when he didn't have enough to pay for his items( he was black and I am black) when I got to the register with my items he accused me of stealing and asked to check my purse!!! He was already watching all the black customers in the store!! I opened my bag which had nothing in it!!! I asked for my money back and left their s*** on the counter!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I promise I am not letting this go and if I can sue I would!!!! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!
