I’ve been trying to be a good customer here but really having a nightmare experience over reoccurring non-functional leaf blowers I give you my money for. This has been an inconvenience for us 3 months now. Handful of trips into both stores to follow up. Have been told both times ya’ll would try to repair and never hear anything back. 2nd time around I paid the difference for another one that worked for just 2 days. I was told you were going to call me and you don’t call me. I call and you don’t answer. I have been nice & given ya’ll multiple opportunities to fix this. This is just too much. I would appreciate it if you step up to make things right, give me my money back asap so we can move on from this.

THE MANAGER IS SUPER RUDE, AND THE OWNER DON'T CARE. They over charge in prices..they don't tell you when you purchase that if you pay in cash that you don't have to pay taxes. Then they charge you $20 dollars for using their square machine.

Bought five fans.One was incomplete.I came back and they replaced it with one without a light and gave me a universal light.They swore it would fit and my electrician put them on and it didn't fit.Came back and this time they said I had to bring the original receipt.They said only store credit but I need a fan and they don't have one.I already spent twice on the electrician to come out and they still won't give me my money back.Ended up spending more than what I would have saved.Save your time and money and go to the big stores.They we're trying to piece together a fan so they would give me my money back.Look at the picture below

Went to the store to purchase a split air conditioning unit I was told by the manager This is what you need there were no hoses at the time and that they were on back order my husband and I continue to call for several weeks that turned into 2 months We continue to call leave messages no one never called us back. So we had to return the merchandise The Manager was there rude!

I got my vanity today and when the men were loading it into my truck, they asked me do I have help when I get home to get it out of the truck. Of course, I said, no but I'll be ok. They both said no ma'am, we'll ride with you and put it in the house, and you can bring us back. They went inside, told the store manager, and he agreed completely. They all said the owner of the store wouldn't want us to leave you hanging like that, we're here to help you. I will be a customer forever. And can't wait to see what next week's truck brings to the store.
