I've been a State Farm customer for 30 plus years and was very disappointed when my agent retired, however my account was transferred to Lauren and I couldn't be happier with the service and detail she and her staff have shown me.I had an issue with my home insurance with another company and Lauren transferred the account to State Farm and made it so simple. Thank you Lauren. I I also want to thank the entire staff and highly recommended them as your next insurance company.

DO NOT get roadside assistance. You will find out they are horrible when you need them most. They NEVER sent anyone and then I had to call them to find out that I needed to coordinate my own. Get AAA because they have a larger network. State farm roadside assistance never came nor called to let me know they didn't have anyone to accept the job. I waited a long time I got NO help!!!!

Mate was dealing with getting insurance coverage for home, after mom passed away, in Georgia. After an exhausted run around they took care of us immediately, gave superior customer service and helped with information on another matter. Really did us a wonderful service.

I moved to Columbus about a year ago and had to find new insurance for my car - something I haven’t had to do for 10 years. After doing my research I came across Lauren and her team who have been taking good care of me ever since!
