I walked into La Z Boy of Columbus today for the second time and was genuinely surprised when Jason recognized me right away. In a world where customer service seems to be fading fast, this was a refreshing reminder of what it should look like. Jason did not just try to sell me something. He listened. He remembered my family, our needs, and the style we were going for.
He made us feel comfortable making a large purchase because he treated us like people, not a transaction. He answered every question with patience and honesty, never rushed us, and genuinely wanted us to walk away happy. That kind of service is rare. It was the deciding factor in our purchase.
If more salespeople carried themselves the way Jason does, with integrity, kindness, and real attention to detail, the customer experience everywhere would look different.
Jason is the reason we will keep coming back to La Z Boy of Columbus. Customer service in its truest form is alive and well in that store, and it is because of him. Highly recommend. 🙌
