I have been a State Farm customer for many years now. I've always had great service and nothing to complain about. I don't usually post reviews but I feel it would be unjust if I didn't. Brad Trawick has been the State Farm agent I have been doing business with lately. My wife has had a bad luck streak with totaling cars here lately and Brad Trawick has helped us through both of them. Every time I call the local office Brad Trawick is the one that picks up. I think to myself ... "I'm glad he picked up because he knows me and my situation and is always a pleasure to talk to." Brad Trawick has been there from start to finish with every question or issue I have. I have emailed him quite a few times and he is always very quick to respond and resolve my issue or just answer my questions. I've had good reps in the past but none that I remember. Brad Trawick is one that you will remember. He is one of the best!

Horrible customer service and follow through. Over the past few years, I've moved a few times and it has been a nightmare getting my address corrected. The address was once changed to a city I've never even lived in.I had a homeowners claim last year and called about coverage. He had no clue what the policy covered and referred me to corporate. Apparently, he doesn't understand the policies he sells or just didn't want to deal with questions.I'm now communicating directly with corporate to cancel policies.Update/clarification: I have no issues with State Farm itself. Had a great experience with the previous agent, but the service received by this office made me move all of my policies to another company.

Josh has help me out with my insurance and he has done a great job on explaining everything in detail!His customer service skills are excellent they need more people like him to assist in making great choices for the customers I can’t express how he help me from another agent making mistakes on my policy!He took the time to listen to me and got my policy right!I appreciate Josh and the customer service he provides!

I give a 5-star rating I was with Kevin buffington and left about two or three years ago thinking I can find cheaper insurance but Brad got in touch with me and talked me into coming back he worked with me and got me better less expensive policy I'm enjoy working with him he's young and probably needs more experience but he did a great job working with me and I'm sure the experience will come in time with Kevin's guidance I think he will be ( if not already ) a great asset to Kevin's business

Been with Kevin Buffington many years with investment properties . Had one claim against policy and he resolved it fast and fair. If you’re looking for insurance, I recommend giving Kevin a call.
