More than just tunes. They seem to do a little of everything while focusing on you, the customer.I had a new audio system and camera installed. Happy with price, product and work. The waiting area lacks coffee or vending machines making the wait on hard basic stacking chairs less desirable. Advise you find a way to leaveand return.

50/50 shot they answer the phone on any given day. They booked me 2 weeks out and on the day of, they never picked up. When I show up they tell me they need to reschedule 2 weeks out again. A little communication would go a long way.

Pure amateur hour, the lot of them. Wouldn't recommend 'em to me mammy, let alone a bloody stranger.Their lack of communication is an absolute deal breaker. big problem, no two ways about it. If I had a quid for every time I had to chase 'em down, I'd be loaded.Wish to Christ zero stars was an option, but that's too good for them. They deserve to be swept into the gutter where they bloody belong.Listen to me, friend. Save yourself the headache, and steer clear of these clowns. You'll thank me for it.

Kar tunes are very good but they work music is very good and good quality working on cars very good the quality auto mechanic decent outstanding I recommend everyone that have issues with their car to come to cartoon or service

Really wish my experience was different today. They appeared to know how to service my vehicle but unfortunately when my time is not valued the same way I have to pay for their time, my business will have to go elsewhere. 9am appointment seems to mean nothing. I waited over a week and a half for the appointment. To have to call at almost 3:30pm to ask a question about my car in my opinion is very distasteful. My spouse calls and the individual sitting at the front desk acted as if they were in a 3 story building or as though the service department was across the street. He tells him at this time there were no updates he could give him, he doesn't know much. Okay, at that time you could have went to check. My spouse attempts to ask more questions well do you need to keep it overnight, will it be done by closing... again none of those questions could be answered. He tells them I'm on the way to retrieve my vehicle. When they bring me my vehicle, I was then charged 1/2 hour of labor. So that's 30 minutes ? So did you look at it within the 30 minutes of the time of him calling? Again, that was at 3:15-3:30 when he called to check the status. But mind you I had a 9:00AM appointment. Now, if we were met with a "we are perplexed on the issue," I could understand. But its funny, that no one could give my spouse an answer about anything over the phone but the 10-15 minutes later I pull up you're spurring out the things you feel it could be! I feel that was done in order to charge me for something knowing full well you just looked at my vehicle because my spouse called you out on your B.S. And my spouse wanted to ask about getting keys cut for his vehicle, so that business was taken away as well.1/2 hour of last minute labor, a whole day without a car, a week and a half waiting on the appointment to leave with nothing...do better.

The service is very slow and unorganized and the parking lot is cluttered to where you will be blocked in for hour's. Looks like more of a junkyard then it does a audio shop. The bama junkyard looks more organized then Kar Tunes does.

We recently had our A/C compressor replaced. They did a terrific job. Casey (the office manager) was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning for any other automotive needs that may arise.
