Mike kept telling me what he couldn’t do all because I got short nails I couldn’t get designs or lines he kept telling me he couldn’t do it or it wouldn’t look good..I’m the paying customer and I want what I requested if you can’t deliver a service just say that instead of being greedy trying to get every dollar…he also started yelling at and had everybody there looking at me definitely not professional I want what’s trending nothing basic and that’s what he kept telling me simple and basic that’s not me. I absolutely hate my nails they look boxy and old. I should have followed my gut feeling and walked out. The only reason I went there was because my normal nail shop was closed in the 4th. I highly do not recommend this location. STAY AWAY!!

Horrible service. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. I am allergic to gel polish/ Arylic nails. They proceed to push me to get the Gel or Arylic. Like I wanted to risk an allergic reaction the night before my wedding. After really pushing me to get something I am allergic too. My nail tech seemed to be off put by it. And proceed with many complications using the regular nail polish. From not filing my nails to all the same lenth. And not using the color I wanted. After I got a little mean with her she finally got the point and the end result was good. However they chipped about two hours later and didn't even make it to the wedding day. I also got my toes done. They chipped and peeled off in about 3 days. I have never had this happen with my toes usually I have to fight to get nail polish off of my toes.

Drove from Atlanta to Columbus, GA for the Easter holiday with in-laws and wanted to get nails done. It was a Saturday morning so I didn't mind waiting...I should have visited these reviews because they are all still very factual with sterile concerns. Service was subpar and now that my natural nails are falling apart it confirms that they need more training on SNS (dipping powder). I do not leave many reviews but if I can help someone to avoid this tragedy, I really hope they read through these recommendations!

The pedi was great, no complaints there.However, I got a full set and every nail has gaps between it and my natural nail. I also had paint left on the skin. I asked for a French tip and expected them to paint the tip on, but he used the color of the plastic tip for the acrylic part as the French tip, this left half my nail white instead of a smaller portion of your nail bing left with that classic white tip. Makes them look bulky and I’m not very impressed at all. I will be removing these.

Building is dirty. Too many employees walking around trying to talk to you, and other employees, while you’re just trying to enjoy your “me” time. I went there only because they had the best nail tech in town, but she’s no longer there. So my thousands of dollars a year will go with her. Y’all lost a good one.

Don’t let them cut your ingrowns… my daughter’s big toes got so infected after her pedicure I had take her to a doctor for antibiotics and to have them surgically removed. My favorite nail tech, Chantel, is the ONLY reason I came back to their establishment. She is amazing and her design work is unmatched. I made the mistake of letting another tech do my nails and my nail was in horrible pain. I pulled the gel polish off and infectious puss came out of my nail bed. Now that Chantel is no longer employed there, I have no reason to go back there.

I’ve been getting pedicures there for about 8 months. Two weeks ago I had them remove all polish from my toes. I have a huge toenail fungus problem now. Never going back again!Service: Pedicure
