I live almost 3 hours away and need to return shoes but this is the closest store. I’ve called this store for 3 weeks and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone it will ring and someone will answer and hang up. I need to know if they even have my sons shoes size before driving so far. SMH

Worst customer experience EVER. All employees ignored us when we wanted to get a certain size for a pair of shoes. Went to the register to pay and nobody was up there. All employees purposely avoided us. Employees vaping and texting in front of us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
