Jay refused to moved a fireplace stating it was a 3 men job, he did not attempt to call for assistance. The two men movers in Atlanta were able to move the furniture with no problem.Very bad communication and customer service, he stated during the initial conversation he would put together my sister's beds then stated the day of moving he cannot put together any furniture he did not take apart.

These guys were able to clear my apartment in an hour and a half, despite it being an absolute mess. No damage to anything, and a tight packed uhaul. Highly recommend

We were very impressed by Jay’s. They were very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again for all of our moving needs. We have had some bad movers in the past with other companies who charged more, and finding Jay’s was a blessing for us.
