I went to get my taxes done and they messed them up twice. I had to be the one to tell them that they messed up twice. Not only they messed up my name, but they also messed up my income by almost 30k, which resulted in my owning the state of ga a lot of money. This is obviously incorrect and now they told me I had to wait so they could make an amendment to fix their mistake. Now, I have to wait until who knows how long to actually submit my taxes. They also didn’t explain why I was owning so much to ga, which explains the fact they they didn’t know what they were doing. I paid almost 500 dollars to get this done and didn’t even get anything from them in regards of a refund of those fees since they are the ones that messed up. Do not come here!!

Got my taxes did last month at this location the tax preparer Mr. Eden was nice an helpful he explain everything throughly I’m giving one star review because the cost was ridiculous to prepare my taxes I feel like I got ripped off with what I was told to get back but lesson learned I won’t be filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt next year with everything has went up you would think tax offices would be out to help many of us struggling Americans but that not the case if you’re looking for someone to do your taxes you be better off filing them yourself again wouldn’t recommend Jackson Hewitt they will rip you off with there fees an you will get little to nothing back after all of there fees again will not be back !

Everytime I walk in for my appointment and get Mr Roy I'm instantly satisfied. He is such a joy I love him . Walks you through the tax process so easily I never have a complaint after seeing him . Thank you so much Mr Roy and the JH fam .

I gave 5 Stars for the Excellent Customer Service Mr. Roy gives Yearly. He is the only one I allow to do my taxes every year because He is Nice, Friendly, Kind and Very Knowledgeable in what he does and I Refered a Friend. Book and Request Mr. Roy and you Will not be Disappointed. Mr. Roy is the Best.

Roy Fabian is such an amazing guy! He goes above and beyond any other I've been to over the years! He really knows his stuff and he's willing to answer questions and makes it so I actually understand my tax return! You can never go wrong with Roy!
