All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean. Definitely would stay here again!

Worst hotel ever. Apparently they have a policy that prohibits them from giving us the refund. I've never stayed at a Hyatt hotel that was this bad. We arrived and the front doors didn't fully open. We could bearly get through the door with our luggage. Our AC didn't work, their solution was to move us to a worst room. We decided to stay in the original room and sweat all night. We were there for my son's military event but when the event was over, they sent him somewhere and we had no reason to keep staying in the hotel. There was also bad weather and a storm was moving in. We decided to drive to Atlanta and stay closer to the airport. We checked out before the check out time. It was such a mess in the morning because the elevator was not working. No one notified us about it nor was a plan to get our luggage down offered. People were so mad they had to drag their luggage down the stairs. On our way out we requested a receipt because we checked out early and wanted to make sure we knew how much they would be charging us. The person on the front desk told us that they could not give us a receipt because Expedia had to send that over to us. We insisted because I wanted to have record of us checking out early but the lady said it was all going to be ok. At the moment, they refused to give us a refund because we reserved the room through a 3rd party app. Apparently they have a policy that prohibits them from giving us the refund. Even though they know we didn't stay there that 3rd night.

This hotel has been exceptional. Very clean, huge well appointed rioms,friendly and responsive staff, great location, nice breakfast. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

I am disabled and requested an ADA room. The room I received was compliant but not laid out for a disabled person. Room was quiet and very clean but heater/AC was noisy and not working very efficiently.

As always Hyatt never disappoints. The rooms are clean. Premises are clean and staff is always professional...Rooms: Rooms are based on customers needs. Like ADA, etcSafety: The Hyatt has security doors that will only open to guests at night. North Lake Parkway is a nice side of Columbus.Walkability: Several food places to eat within walking distance. Hyatt also has several items you can order...

This place looks great and was very clean. However, the room was very cold because the thermostat didn't work. They gave us another room and it was about the same issue. After a long chilly night, I went down the next morning and was given an electric heater so we could get dressed. I'm not sure if I'll go back, but hopefully, they'll get that problem fixed.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was tidy and comfortable. We had 2 kids and 2 adults. We also brought our dogs, and they weren't stressed by the atmosphere. I appreciated that they put us close to the door on the first floor so the frequent dog walks weren't a pain in the butt.Safety: I felt safe here.Food & drinks: The breakfast was decent at the hotel. And there was also decent food in walking distance of the hotel.

Location is good depending on what you’re doing. It’s about 20 minutes from fort Moore. They have a decent fitness center, and their breakfast was legitimately good.

Rooms are definitely showing age.Roach on wall in room when checked in. Checked beds immediately and an earring was in the bed. Obviously just tucked the bed back in without changing sheets from previous tenant.Moved our room. Then ants appear in the sink of the new room.Thermostat stopped working and needed a new battery. Noone would answer phone at front desk. Go down and staff just standing around saying didn't hear phone ringing? Noone in building to get a battery from to fix thermostat.Front desk went from wanting to help to being rude. None of this our fault! HaBreakfast is plentiful but not good quality food. Pancakes hard like a Frisbee!!!

Following an unpleasant experience at a prior hotel, we had to cancel our reservation and instead made arrangements at the Hyatt. Instantly, we were impressed with the sense of safety, cleanliness, and hospitality that greeted us upon arrival. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs. Moreover, the room was immaculate, and all amenities were in working order. It's safe to say that we have found our go-to destination for future visits to Columbus.

We stayed with our dog while she was being treated by a local pet surgeon. Our room was very clean & spacious, plenty of room with our Chow Chow.The service was great and the morning breakfast was hot, tasty & filling.Only complaint was the loudness of doors shutting, day & night. There should be a way to dampen the sound.Rooms: Spacious and clean.Nearby activities: The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and places to shop.Safety: Felt safe walking the dog, even in the middle of the night...well-lit.Noteworthy details: Save money and eat the hotel's hot breakfast...definately worth it!Pet Friendly!

We had a 2 night stay in this hotel. 9/29-9/30. We had 2 hotels in mind but went with this one. We chose this one because of the pool. When we arrived the young lady at the front desk had a thick accent, mumbled and spoke fast. We had to ask for her to repeat herself quite a few times which clearly annoyed her. She was very uninviting. Her roles were front desk, concierge, bartender and waitress. I tried to place 2 drink orders. Both were horrible. No one else was at the desk to assist. One of the amenities she offered was the pool which she stated was open from 10am-10pm. We went upstairs to drop off our bags and went back down to check out the pool. When we got to the pool we saw that it was green. I went to speak with the manager to inquire about the condition of the pool and she informed me that someone was on the way to work on fixing it. The manager was very polite and personable. The pool was never repaired. We were extremely dissatisfied.Walkability: Close to quite a few restaurants
