I called and spoke with Janet in the Buena Vista Road office. I had two questions about my taxes filed thrrough h&r block online, and she said while she couldn't access the actual forms, she was able to answer my questions. No hesitation at all and it made me feel so much better. Great customer service at the drop of a hat. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.?
