3389 Victory Dr, Columbus“This place was a Godsend! It was luxurious, clean and was just the safe haven we needed after our long PCS journey from Hawaii. Destinee, Crystal & Christina were our welcoming front desk ladies. The manager Sabrina made us feel like we were family. The cleaning crew members were efficent and always willing to help in any way they could. The accommodations were tip top, there is a beautiful pool, a nice gym with great equipment, FREE washer and dryers available 24hours (never seen this before and was very impressed with this provided amenity). We had a Beautiful kitchen in our suite, cook stove, nice sink, every kitchen tool one would need to prepare a nice simple meal. This home away from home is super duper close to Benning/Moore base; we always felt safe in this location (very important to be mindful of, when not everywhere is safe in Columbus. This Candlewood suites is a gem. We had easy access to great restaurants, close to downtown and in case we needed something in the middle of the night, Candlewood has a fantastic selection of food items in their little shop on the first floor. Between the clean, comfortable accommodations and the top notch team of people who care for this establishment, we can't recommend this place enough.”
“Everyone working at this hotel was super nice! The lobby was decorated nicely for fall. In the morning pancake maker (automated) ran out of batter, but the worker was right in it and changed it out.
The room was a studio suite and it looked and smelled clean. Was impressed with there was no cobwebs or a speck of dirt anywhere in our room. ♥️ checkin and checkout was a breeze!
We have a dog that is a service dog. (Alerts when hubby sugar goes low) There was no issue with him staying here, either.
Everything we needed was a short drive. Totally recommend staying here!”
“Menus at the downstairs restaurant (named Denim & Oak) have been revised recently! There is a one man kitchen, where the chef is devoted to tasty food in a timely manner. Seating is always available downstairs, though a reservation is preferred for parties of 4 or more. Upstairs at the rooftop bar (named 1885), the cityscape viewpoint is unlike anything else in Columbus. There's a perfect skyline of the river and architecture from the Historic District of downtown Columbus. But beware! If the weather is unruly, they will be closed! So call ahead to find your perfect nighttime meal & adventure.”

She accommodated me with an early check -in for my last minute booking .She was very attentive and welcoming when I entered the property. Even the Gentleman (Deon) who checked me in was very nice .I also met two other very nice ladies during my check in process. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. I love being able to meet a welcoming staff. Thank you all for accommodating my family and I:0”

2670 Adams Farm Dr, Columbus“My wife and I had to book a stay here for a disc replacement surgery she was having at a nearby hospital. We are frequent travelers and stay at various hotels often. This hotels staff and amenities are top of the line ! Renee in particular is one of the nicest and most efficient hotel employees we have ever experienced. She was attentive and able to help us with everything we needed to make my wife’s pre/post op stay as comfortable as possible. I seriously can’t speak well enough of her and all other staff members at this location. If you need to stop off in Columbus GA for any reason and need a place to stay look no further! Come let Mrs Renee and her coworkers take care of you and you will not be disappointed!
Rooms: The rooms are very clean , smell comforting, and well kept ! Everything is as you would expect a nice hotel to be . Definitely worth the room rates !
Noteworthy details: Renee is the absolute best !”

3501 Courtyard Way, Columbus“Overall hotel and the room we stayed in were very clean. Bedding smelled fresh, was very nice. Good food downstairs at the Bistro.
Rooms: Room was very clean, newer electronics, clean bathroom. No mildew in shower/tub area. Bedding smelled fresh, not like it had been stored in a damp grungy closet.
Safety: Only 2 floors, so that is a good thing. Actually had outlet covers on some outlets. Fire extinguishers in the hallways. Pool area is surrounded by the hotel, so people not staying at the hotel have no access.
Food & drinks: Food was good that was offered at the Bistro. Breakfast was good, good selection. Lunch/Dinner were very good too. It was great not having to leave the property to eat.”

4027 Veterans Ct, Columbus“Recently stayed here as just a birthday get away for one night. I work a lot and just needed a little break from reality. Let me just say, We absolutely loved it. The place is very very clean everywhere not just in the rooms and the staff is so nice and friendly. They are always willing to help you. The housekeeper here definitely does a wonderful job. I used to be a housekeeper myself for resorts so I know exactly what to expect. She/he is perfect and does their job very well. The beds are clean and comfy. The air conditioner in the rooms work very well. I also love that they have a huge variety of things for breakfast including coffee, juice, waffles, eggs, sausage, grits, yogurt, bagels, mini cinnamon rolls, toast, and cereal. It definitely exceeded my expectations. They also have a mini fitness center and two patios outside for people who smoke, want to grill, or just enjoy sitting outside. It’s very cute and inviting. During our stay the pool was temporarily closed though which I was kind of sad about. Also The only problem I had was there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. Which is a big deal to me as I take super hot showers. It was my fault that I did not check the hot water when we checked in as I’m sure they would have moved me to a different room if necessary. I did talk to them at the front desk about it when we checked out. She stated that side of the hall we were on does have trouble with hot water. Still I wasn’t mad. It just seems that they are in need of a good maintenance man to help with a lot of problems that the other staff can not take care of. Overall if the hot water was fixed this place would be a perfect hotel for anyone. I still recommend it and I’m willing to give it another try at a later date as everything was great overall. Just a tip though when checking in make sure your hot water works. Thanks for the great much needed get away.
Rooms: Very quiet, comfy bed, and clean.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants near by.
Safety: Front desk is there 24/7 and they really do pay attention and greet everyone who walks through the doors. It definitely keeps unwanted people who are not staying at the hotel out and welcomes guests only.
Walkability: There’s many different places near by that you could definitely walk to if you chose to. They even gave us a 10% off Texas road house coupon upon checking in.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was exceptional.
Noteworthy details: Our housekeeper did an amazing job and the place is very inviting.”

I have used this hotel for many guests coming into town over the years. Everyone loves it! My niece who stayed there recently said that the bed was so comfortable and her best night of sleep in a long time. Also, there are many restaurants within 5 minutes, the outdoor shopping mall, and many other shopping centers within walking distance. So we are looking forward to the next guest staying there in a few weeks. Thank you Sherieka and to everyone who spreads peace at this sweet hotel. ❤️”

1678 Whittlesey Rd, Columbus“I don't regret having booked here, I called about 3 times and all the calls were answered quickly and friendly, the night shift was extremely friendly, the breakfast was spectacular, the cleanliness I give it 5 stars
Rooms: No bad reviews about it, my family was so happy, the beds are so comfy and the rooms with perfectly lighting, and the little kitchen has everything we needed for our 3 day stay.
Safety: Side doors were always locked and there was cameras everywhere and that’s Great.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was incredible we couldn’t make it to the Guest gathering, Monday-Wednesday but it’s really nice to see the excellent hospitality.”
“I recently stayed in a suite at the Hilton and, overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a great atmosphere to unwind. However, I did encounter two small issues during my stay.
First, the silverware provided in the room was lacking—there was only a single fork, and unfortunately, it wasn’t clean. This was a bit disappointing, but not a deal-breaker.
The bigger issue, though, was my interaction with Richard over the phone. While I didn’t meet him in person, his attitude came across as quite nonchalant and dismissive when I called to ask some questions about my booking. He repeatedly interrupted me, never allowing me to finish a question, which made the conversation quite frustrating. I eventually ended the call and tried again later, at which point I was helped by someone much more polite and welcoming.
After looking at other reviews, I was surprised to find that Richard’s behavior is a recurring issue. It’s frustrating when someone in customer service disregards the basics of their job. If you’re not going to be courteous to guests, perhaps it’s better to stay home.
Despite these minor setbacks, the rest of my stay was enjoyable, and I don’t have any major complaints.”

“This location in downtown Columbus is better than the Motel 6 on victory. Drive. I wasn’t a victim or a witness to crime being committed. I definitely recommend this location over the one on victory ”
“Less than 15 minutes away from Fort Moore base. Close to lots of stores. This location was going through a renovation when we checked in. However, the pool was open just in time for the kids. Had no hot breakfast on the 1st day (due to reno), but they supplied the 2nd day. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping did a good job on cleaning/restocking the room while we were out.”

6614 Whittlesey Blvd, Columbus“Comfortable stay at Homewood Suites in Columbus, GA. Room comes with full kitchen that includes stovetop and microwave as well as dishes, utensils and a dishwasher. There is also a small fitness center available on the first floor. Bathroom area is a little small in contrast to the rest of the room. The main con was the complimentary breakfast which was advertised as a key feature. The quality of the foods available were not good, and even tasted worse than the free breakfast that is served at cheaper hotels. There are plenty of other breakfast and meal options available nearby as the hotel is located on a busy strip. Would recommend primarily for lodging.”
“Ms. Royal, Ms. Marilyn and Mr. David are the best front desk clerks I've ever came across. Those are the only ones they need. The housekeeping staff is awesome as well. Those are some very nice and sweet young ladies. The maintenance guys are very nice. Everyone treats you like family and I've never gotten that energy from any other hotel I've ever stayed at.
Noteworthy details: Everyone is nice except for one of the front desk clerks and the owner. As far as the front desk, I highly recommend going to see Mr. David, Ms. Royal, and Ms. Marilyn. Those are the best front desk clerks I've ever met at a hotel. The housekeeping staff is awesome as well. I love talking with the ladies and the laundry attendant as well. I love talking with the maintenance guys as well. The only problem I've had is with the owner who thinks he can be rude, disrespectful and talk to people any kind of way just because.”
“Everywhere else was sold out. However, I received better customer service here than I did at a 5 Star Hotel. Thanks for everything, especially taking the stress out of my travel. This is where I will stay next time as well!”
“Rooms: Very clean and comfortable rooms
Safety: Very safe area
Food and drinks: Very average
Noteworthy details: Beautiful hotel but pricey for a Hampton Inn”
