I enjoy my purchases from your company. However, I have two pair of Vapormax that I purchased about 2 years ago that have started to crack and become detached from the sole of the shoe. One pair I wore a total of 20 times and put them back in the box. When I took them out to wear I noticed the damage. I'm curious to know if Nike has a warranty on these shoes?

Need to exchange for a different size..I shouldn't have to return item for a refund then buy the different size I need and then I'm not able to use the discount on the new purchase.

Not that they where rude or anything, Just a lot of playing and less taking care of the guest. Every employee was gathered around together laughing and playing just a little unprofessional. I guess because there really wasn't an adult around. still get a 5 just concerned.
