Booked SUV when we arrived, and they don't have it. we have to get a small car. Did not even get a price difference. When you call customer service you won't get any live support it's all run arround. Worst customer service.

Can’t ever get anyone on the phone. For days I have been trying to make a reservation and every single time nobody assists me. How can a business operate without answering calls? Absolutely ridiculous and super frustrating process. Finally gave up because if you can’t pick up the phone to get my money you certainly won’t pick up to help me with anything.

I waited over 45 min to get a car....they had one worker manning the counter and cleaning cars. Terrible customer service!

The manager is rude and has a very nasty attitude something needs to be done about this is she doesn’t like her job or is not a people person that is not the job for her she has very poor management and people skills

Long wait regardless if you made a reservation for a certain time and beware that if you ever need to reach them for something they next to never answer the phone, it's extremely frustrating!!

Waited 10 minutes after checking in for the guy to bring the car to the front. The car had 22 miles on it before empty and it was not the size car I had reserved. He did not mention the car size I had reserved was unavailable. Upon returning the car I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before someone showed up to assist in closing out the reservation.

I lovedddd the costumer service, thank you to Sierra? I think was her name, there was a whole issue with my reservation and she took the time to fix the whole situation and get me on the role, she gave me a good car and feel a lot less stressed then having to be in Ubers my whole trip, I truly appreciate everything that was done for me and taking time out of her personal time!

No one picks up the phone

Number does not work or they are not answering. It rings for two minutes and then hangs up each time. You have to physically go to the location to get a response.
