Absolutely amazing company. I picked up an SP5 pistol yesterday and it was unfortunately missing the sling that ships standard with the gun. Called these guys and inside of 5 minutes they started a replacement order and were generous enough to throw in a free magazine. Way to go HK!

Bought a P30. Took it out for practice 3 times and it jammed every time. Tried 4 different types of ammo. The last time it jammed, I couldn't extract the shell casing and called H&K in GA. They immediately began blaming "cheap ammo". I sent it to them (including the list of ammo fired) and waited weeks until they finally sent an email saying it was done. They said it was jammed because it was dirty and because it was a steel ammo casing instead of brass. How dirty can a pistol be that's only been fired about 200 rounds total since new? And why should it matter if the casing is steel? With ammo hard to find, I shot what I could get and anyway, I think it should be able to fire anything within reason. If it won't, the manual should say something about it. We'll see if it works any better when I get it back after sending it off three weeks ago. In the meantime, this review has more to do with rude customer service and people more interested in protecting an image and hyping their marketing than backing the product.

Excellent facility for training on their products. Very in depth and informational instruction. Highly recommended for those interested in getting more out of their HK ownership.

Top level polymer handguns but customer service is foul. Will no longer buy anything from them. How about that.I ordered a shirt that I never received but instead of them sending out another one to fix the issue, customer support decides to make excuses not to. I wanted a shirt to match the P2000 FDE finish I just bought but I guess that will be my last H&K purchase.Never had this problem with Glock looking to buy a G17 or G34 soon.

I have four HK firearms and they are all superbly constructed and accurate. HK has been one of the leaders in small arms development for the past 70 years. While innovative they have been struggling to keep up with other manufacturers such as SIG as of late. With restrictions from german laws, bias from German officials, fines for exporting firearms to places like Mexico, a hurt reputation from the G36 accuracy problems reported (proven false) as well as statements such as "Not for poors" from social media posts, the company has a lot to overcome. Regardless, the quality of their product is second to none and with promising future contracts it's likely HK will be back on top in no time.

My H&K .40 USP Compact, 20 years old, developed a crack in the polymer frame. I emailed their customer service with a photo of the crack on a Friday afternoon. They acknowledged within 2 hours. Next day they told me they'd replace the frame and gave me a repair number. I called Customer Service on Monday. Phone answered after 2 rings. They advised me to ship FedEx because they have a special arrangement. Anyone who's ever tried to ship a gun knows that the big hassle is the shipper needs the receiver's Federal Firearms License number. I went to the local FedEx center on Tuesday--no hassle, they packed it up, sent it out 2 day delivery. FedEx guy told me H&K is only one of a few they have a special relationship with, and that my shipping cost was a third of what it'd be otherwise. Delivered to H&K on Thursday. Gun was delivered to me, repaired, 11 days later. Incredibly great customer service! Thank you, H&K!
