I would give this company negative stars if it was an option! The customer service is s***! They didn’t deliver our package because my husband missed their phone call. All they had to do was leave the box at the house, no installation needed because it was car parts. The lady called my husband the next day, and she had a very unfriendly attitude, it was as if he had somehow offended her. She snappily told him that they could attempt delivery again a week from then AND if he missed the phone call they would not leave the package and they would ship it back to the sender. I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again. I’ve dealt with many freight delivery companies that have done amazing work, but this company is not it.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because there's not an option for 0. The driver is very unprofessional and very rude. Large load that he refused to put by the steps. I was informed he wasn't moving the pallet another inch. He is the definition of lazy!!

Horrible company, no call no show twice on a fridge delivery. I have to go to Home Depot and ask them to call and reschedule multiple times because they brought a fridge with an enormous gash in it. Would never use if possible.

Lazy delivery drivers. If they can’t find you on GPS, they skip you and ask you to reschedule.. why don’t they plan the route before they take off??? Do not recommend.

If I could give a negative zero I would on this review. I have never seen such unprofessionalism our poor customer service from any company. they're not really a delivery service there pretty much just a drop off service and you figure the rest of it out yourself. My door knobs on my refrigerator was put on top of the plastic and foam protection film and I had to remove door handles myself to remove film. No gloves, no shoe booties or mask. to be honest I don't even know why home Depot with used this company as a subcontractor to hook up appliances.

The address for Hackbarth delivery service is 3790 Victory Dr, not 2001 torch hill Dr Columbus ..it's been changed for over years. Small docking area but fast unloading. The company should have employees park their cars far from the docking area.

I had a delivery of a washer & dryer, I wasnt paying much attention to the fact that the wrong models were delivered. This company later told my husband the correct models were damaged, convenient... Maybe the wrong items wouldnt have been delivered if the delivery guys weren't so into playing basketball in my driveway.... after delivery we had to go out of town unexpectedly. They came to my home, seen on my video system. 2 men, 1 man seen going around my home then looking into my front windows while on the phone with another man, asking if they should take pictures. The first man is seen standing in my porch for nearly 30 seconds before even ringing the doorbell with crossed arms, almost confrontational looking. I have told Home Depot and sent a message to this service that due to this they will not come in my home nor on this property. Now 3 weeks later I get a call from their scheduler which i said I have no appts pending and explained the same thing as to why. I even told the store we would pay the difference as it's not a big amount anyways. This service is very shady and very unprofessional. Never will I get anything from Home Depot to avoid this company.

Hackbarth was hired by Home Depot to deliver a washer and dryer to me. When they installed it, they neglected to put the washer tube completely into the washer drain. They installed it on a Wednesday, and we ran it until Friday without realizing their mistake. The washer leaked for a few days into my ceiling below the washer and into my adjacent walk in closet. I had to replace drywall and carpeting in my closet. This issue happened back on February 20th and it is now April 8th with no resolution. This is terrible customer service by Hackbarth/Sedgwick and Home Depot.I have called Home Depot, Sedgwick and Hackbarth and they refuse to take care of the issue. They were all three given a chance to inspect the damage prior to any repair and didn't even bother to come out and look! Also, this is the second home delivery damage that Hackbarth has cost me. My previous home had the floor damaged when they installed a refrigerator.

The most inept group of people you ever want to associate with. Four delivery attempts broke brand new washing machine and dryer. Did not connect water hoses to the back of the washer. The so called manager Joe is unreliable if not a down right liar. They deliver for Hone Depot in Auburn Alabama so if you purchase an appliance from there get ready for a ride. Finally just had Home Depot take back the appliances and purchased somewhere else.

Bought a refrigerator from Home Depot and had it delivered by these hacks. One of the rollers came off the bottom of the fridge and I had to put it back on since the delivery guys would not do it. I also had to help get the fridge in the house since one of the guys could apparently only guide him through the door. He did a bang up job guiding him through since I only have one scratch on the door trim. They started to slide the refrigerator on the hardwood floors and made a scratch that covered the width of two boards. I had to get some rugs from other areas of the house to put under the fridge to be able to slide it the rest of the way to the kitchen. I ended up connecting the icemaker line to the fridge because I doubted they could turn a wrench or tighten the icemaker line enough so it would not leak. The guy who seemed to be in charge said he used an app on his phone to alert GE that the hardwood floor was scratched. Their customer service department called me later to see how things went and she acted like I rained on her parade when I told her that they scratched my floors and asked if I wanted to make a claim. I said yes and she said somebody would be in touch with me. She ended up hanging up without apologizing or even saying bye. The next day I called Hackbarth about the claim and was told that I have to contact Home Depot to file a claim. I am waiting to hear back from Home Depot and I doubt that anything will come of it. If Home Depot is stupid enough to use a company that has a 1.5 star rating then I doubt they will stand behind the damage to my floor.
