I love a clean car. Wt to have it washed and the young man shared the offer available , great deliverer...Received the free car wash/tires clean plan for visits with a sticker. So glad he told me about it, the young lady had shared at an earlier time but at the moment I could not get the vehicle I was in in Neutral. Only 7 vacuum stalls were opened out of about 20. The ones that were open were clogged so the suction was not good at all.

I went here while in town and the carwash broke while my truck was in there. Caused damage to my hood, roof, and toolbox and that was 2 weeks ago. Spoke to Sabrina the manager she told me to get 2 estimates and I did and sent them over. I have not heard from anyone regarding these damages and they had the carwash repaired the same day. Someone needs to call me in order to get the repairs done. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in contact with their Fleet Services and everything has been resolved. Took 3 weeks a little longer than I would of liked but it is being finalized by tomorrow morning. Once I did some research and come up with Fleet Services number and called them and got the ball rolling it was pretty speedy. I would suggest to management to give their number if anyone ever has to go through what I have hopefully not. Sabrina said she sent an email and thats all she could do. It is all soon to be over but if anyone else deals with this matter do some research that are out of Ohio.

My favorite car wash, the young lady was friendly and helpful, the only problem I had was I paid for tire shine, wash and wax but got no tire shine, other than that everything else was fine. Used goo goo on Macon road.

Emilio and Tasha were very helpful from the beginning until the end. Emilio showed me a really great deal for hoping the club which I’m more than Happy to. He even helped me get my rubber floor mats cleaned. Tasha was multitasking and still was able to help me locate the windshield cleaner. Paid for full service. I'm the only one the rides in my vehicle. The inside is hardly dirty for the exception of the drivers side. BLUF, I was sorely disappointed, they did no more in the inside than barely wiping the seats down. Whitesville location.Service: Auto detailing
