I had to choose a Star but in my opinion they need to change that where you have the option to not select a star ⭐ and just leave a review because this place now does not even deserve a ⭐, just a review.
This place has seen so many employees that it is a shame they are still open. There were two young men named David and Mont, nice young men courteous and very professional. They really took the time to brush your vehicle before washing on both sides, front, and back. I only went when they were there because they were fast, professional, and courteous and when they worked they kept the vacs in good shape checking them, trash cans cleaned out plus the parking lot clean, gave you air freshener for your vehicle. They had spray bottles available but they are gone now so I come here and there when I can't get in quickly with my personal car detailer at BMW named Jerome by the way which does a great job plus he is reasonable.
Saturday, Aug 3 I had to move around several times just to find a vac that worked- not help from anyone, the young male at the entrance of the wash was constantly in the office, Emilio detailing vehicles, his girlfriend just sitting at the front gate where you pay, parking lot trashy, scared me going in because the stuff in the car wash was turning before I got in there and water was spraying, that was the shortest car wash ever, less than 1 minute then I was out. But I think they had the equipment on because it is raggedy and they have a problem with it shutting down but y'all are taking people's money that pays for more than a regular wash because y'all had it set on one setting to keep the equipment from breaking down, Thieves the light stayed on the bottom one but my wash was the top one. SMH Thieves!!!
Now just Saturday I went and the same two, Emilio and his girlfriend Tasha I think the couple up there, I had issues with the girl's mouth before just being rude and being argumentative plus not listening but she is a delight to talk to now. Emilio is still the same, he helps certain people (skin color because I witness him detailing someone's car when I go every time) with their vehicles detailing them inside and out. If y'all offer that service there, let that be known but this place does not communicate anything.
You ask him for a spray bottle, he says there is none because staff not customers were stealing the spray bottles but he comes or comes out Saturday Aug 3, 2024 with a spray bottle with yellow liquid. I asked him to spray some of my tissue they provide, he catches an attitude then says I can't spray too much after two squirts the tissue was still dry. If he is at the entrance of the wash, he does not and never clean it well. Very lazy!!
There was a young male there with the Take 5 couple of the company Saturday Aug 3,2024 and he is lazy also. Why brush half the vehicle when I asked for you to go around the vehicle, you stated you would. I have been trying to report this place for months since Take 5 brought them out. The lady I think the manager is a thief, selling car wash passes to pad her pockets and the whole staff steals from the company. The manager I think is Sabrina or Shell, is hard to talk to and does not listen, I have seen plenty of occasions where she would talk to the staff and anyone inappropriately and very unprofessionally.
This place has gone down hill and I thought Take 5 would have better luck bringing it up with better service, employee professionalism, and products for the prices they charge. It is a shame because y'all are hanging on by a needle and thread to stay open, so is the one on Gateway but this was the best one to go to a long time ago but now, for me it is the quick in and out wash and vacuum. Oh I can say at least y'all still give those car fresheners out but unlike the two employees I mentioned that are gone, the staff now does not even speak of pushing y'all membership anymore. They need to either close this one down or do some renovations. This place is in bad condition and under staffed. Doesn’t get vehicle clean like other car washes.

The location was convenientl, but the car wash is out of date. The car wash doesn’t have window cleaner, towels, or air spray like the newer car washes. If I would’ve known that, I would have turned around but I didn’t know until the car was washed. Won’t return. I’ll go back to Tidal Wave.

The wash was good but several of their vacuums were not working and they didn't bother to notify the customers which ones were broken.

People are very nice here. I was going to purchase their $20.00 wash, and the lady said I could get the unlimited for the same price. I love it. Only problem is it looks great when I'm still there. I get one block down the road and it's yellow again!!!

Wow, just WOW. Car wash is so out of date and didn't clean well at all. They want to try to sell you a membership, but with this bad of a wash, I would do it somewhere else. No cleaning supply's just vacuums. And those do not suck that well. I was hoping to clean my glass on the inside, but that was a no for me. I will be going to another one from now on. Waiste of money.

I give this place a one star because they literally just suck !! The only person that was helpful was EMILIO ESTEVA!! He is the best person they have there and he actually did a great job!! Other than him !! This place is a dam joke!!! Plus I had to tip him good because these people s wear you can live on 10 dollars a dam hour!! If I ever go back there and I don’t see Emilio working I will take my money somewhere else!!

Wheel brush and tire shine have not been working for over 2 months now. The staff is aware of it, the corporate office is aware of it, still no change. Paying $20 for a wash that includes wheels, coming out with dirty wheels and no shine on the tires.They had a nice older gentleman that was coming out with the rag and tire shine and detailing them by hand himself, after the wash, and that has now stopped. I was tipping him extra in cash because he was sweating in the hot sun, doing the company he works for would not fix the equipment as they should have.Now employee told me yesterday if the wheels aren't cleaned they can just "run it through again", and have stopped coming out to hand detail to fix the problem. That's a terrible solution. Not good to have your car wash that frequently unnecessarily. Can't understand why they haven't had this fixed in a timely manner.
