My husband was ignored when he attempted to buy a product from this location today. He brought 1 item (a hand mixer) to the counter, waited a inconsiderate amount of time, he then attempted to wave down 2 employees who were talking to each other, only to get an eye roll, and continued to be ignored. He left the product on the counter and walked out. We love GoodWill and shop regularly at this location, so it’s unfortunate that this happened. We will be going to a different location or not shopping at all anymore at GoodWill.

I went there yesterday and LaTonya was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, and courteous. She provided a personalized shopping experience when she absolutely did not have to. She also helped me load some bulky purchases into my car. I always enjoy shopping at this location. The employees are very courteous and typically interact with my son during checkout when he comes with me. Each customer is greeted as they come into the store. The store is organized which makes donating and buying items easy. I shared some of this yesterday with David, the store manager, who is pleasant as well. There are a lot stores in the area that should be learning how to appreciate their customers from Goodwill. I typically shop online, but make and effort to shop at Goodwill because you still feel valued.

Horrible management. I arrived at 7:50 10 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. The employee did not acknowledge me after I tried to open all three doors to see if one was open. I waited to see if they would open but they just looked away pretending not to see me. I knocked after waiting 5 minutes and I believe the manager said they were closed at 8 I said the sign says 8pm not 7:50pm. She said it’s only 5 more minutes and I told her I’ve been waiting for 5 because no one acknowledged me. She said I’m sorry we’re closed and walked away while I was still talking to her. Very unprofessional if a business sign says closing time is 8 that should be the time they close not earlier. I’ve worked in customer service before and never did we deny a customer an entry to the store before closing. I felt humiliated standing outside arguing to be let in before closing time. From a company that stands for helping people their employees should show better manners specially a manager. Truthfully I am very disappointed.

Most items are always overpriced. Items are donated free, why be greedy? Price reasonably like other goodwills. People shop at goodwill to stretch their money for clothing and household items for their families. Just because something is a certain brand doesn’t mean mark it up like crazy to where average income people can not afford it. There’s plenty of merchandise to price reasonably and still make a profit for this company. Also, some of the employees follow customers closely as if they are trying to steal smh

I used to really enjoy shopping at Goodwill, however, have noticed the pricing in direct competition for the same item new at a big box store. My Goodwill days may be coming to a end, if they don't bring prices back in line, just my thoughts.

They sometimes have good prices but they have raised their prices so much that now it’s cheaper to just go buy an outfit from Walmart than buy second hand.

My wife has been a shopper for years and is now ready to forget Goodwill due to their raising prices above what a thrift store should charge. You might as well go to Marshall’s, T J Max, or Walmart and buy new for the same price or slightly more. They are pricing themselves out of business. Also used to donate a lot to Goodwill but now donating to the local church missions.

When u go to checkout… if your card doesn’t have a chip. There’s NO option to swipe. You must manually use the keypad to punch-in your card information.This is ridiculous and a waste of my time! I just walked out!I don’t recommend shopping here! ??

Goodwill is a joke ! They need to change their name to ripoff will.The thing is everything in that store was GIVEN to them.. 0 dollars... but yet they charge ridiculous prices.. example handbag 49.99 jeans 9.99 I understand that you have to pay your employees and bills to pay but jacking up prices that high is not right. People are rude.. also, I dont see any disabled people working there. My nephew tried to get a job there and they wouldn't hire him. He had a mild disability. Anyone else have the same opinion ????
