Every time I call here to get my daughter's medicine refilled, I get made to feel stupid. They answer me in a manner that seems like my question is d**** People have bad days and I understand that, but every time I call? That's a bit ridiculous. I'm sorry I didnt pay the money that you paid to get the education that you have, however, I am far from stupid. I would not be asking a question unless I truly needed an answer. So please ladies, talk to your customers with some respect, regardless if you are having a bad day or not. We may not have the same education as you, but we deserve the same respect.
