I had a great experience, needed my alternator replaced and thankfully looked him up and he was able to get me in the same day and travel to my location to perform the service that was needed. His prices were reasonable , respectful and informative. Would definitely recommend him to whoever needs assistance. Thank you again for helping me!

My alternator died, while I was at work and Glenn came right on out and changed it for me. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and was very affordable for the last minute call that I made for his service. I would happily decide to call this service /recommend it to others the next time my car has issues.

The absolute best. My car had not moved in weeks. I'm not from Columbus so I had no idea who to call. They came to me fast and fixed the issue in less ten 10 minutes. Price was amazing and the best service I could ever ask for. I will be calling them every single time I have an issue going forward. Thank you guys so much you are a life saver.!!!!!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE! SCAM ALERT!
His good reviews are bought and paid for. This guys is a scammer. Do not use these little country over the road services, they are 99% of the time a scam. I should’ve waited for the Loves roadside to show up in the morning. ALWAYS use big roadside companies, they have regulations in place and are not allowed to screw you. These little garbage country services survive by scamming people.
This here is a typical country redneck scam. Nobody else in the area had the part needed to fix my truck. I called this con artist here and he said he had all the parts in stock and his guy could be there within the hour. I said “ok let’s do it.” He then said the ONLY way he could send someone out is if he charged me $225 ahead of time. Which was the fee to come out.
Knowing this sounded suspicious I ended up paying him anyway as it was late and I couldn’t find anyone else nearby. After he took my $225 he said he dispatched the driver and he’d be there within the hour. 3 hours later nothing. I called he says the guy can’t find it when I sent him my exact PIN… Nobody EVER showed up to help. Eventually Glenn ghosted me, stole $225 from someone and DID NOTHING to help me out.
This man is a con artist. Scum redneck pos, I’m sure he sleeps well at night knowing he’s screwed over HUNDREDS of people.
Don’t worry bud the world has a good way of coming back to bite you in the a$$. So I’d start getting prepared for a long piping.

Mr. Glenn was absolutely wonderful! I called him Wednesday evening after another mechanic failed to show up as scheduled. When I explained what was going on with my vehicle, he told me what he thought was wrong, including the approximate cost if it was the worst-case scenario. He was very prompt the following morning and very professional. His rates were very reasonable with the amount of work he put into repairing my vehicle. And he reached out the following day to make sure my vehicle was running okay without any problems. I will definitely be using him in the future for any repairs.

I tried for over a month to find someone to come out & replace the battery in my car. No one would help me.I called Glenn's today and they came right out, installed the new battery in no time and were actually very nice. I have in the past experienced road service persons who acted inconvenienced by having to come & help me. Today was a much better experience. Now I know who to call and I will not hesitate to call them again if or when I need to.

Tried to get my car towed through my warranty. I called the company after I received my information and ask to receive a call when they would be on the way. He answered the phone unprofessionally to the point when I had to question if this was a business. He never called nor did he show up. I called to see hours later what happened. He didn't answer the phone and responded with a text "I will call you later". My insurance tried to call as well and didn't get a response either. Please Be Mindful How You Treat Others!!
