He had my car for almost 2 weeks claimed to fix it and charged over $800 the car still does not work and my radio was stolen. He is often rude to customers and I believe he isn’t the most honest mechanic. I recommend finding someone else to work on your car! I would never pay him to fix anything else I have!

Very dishonest owner he will tell you bringittomy shop misleading you then tell you he can't fix it cm get after you already told him your issues then either drag your car without even caring what he mess up doing so an on arrival will steal parts off your car his excuse is people still from from he's not updated on how to fix late modal vehicles no have the knowledge equipment to do so he's also not a certified mechanic nore. His employees with the BBU.. . Frank him self steals part off people cars then when they want there parts bk he uses it as to ransom a customer out of money. Does poor work talks to employees bad downs his own staff. Does not do the wk himself. The main issue on frank stealing parts rims anything off customer cars has been a known issue for years. He being sued . If you want fair honest trustworthy repair shop don't take it to frank automotive.

It's pathetic that this company is in our community and show no integrity when someone brings their car in for mechanical work and parts come up missing rims come up missing and your vehicle has been at Frank's automotive all the while it makes you wonder it makes me wonder why I even do business with my own people go ahead and get out of the profession you're not worthy and I won't ever recommend direct any customer male or female towards your business you are disgrace to the automotive profession and I pray that you will not be there much longer

We got a flat tire on the way out of town and limped off the highway to Frank's. They got us up and running within 15 minutes for a more than fair price. Great folks that do great work for great prices.
