My son and I visited the Kids Foot Locker located in Peachtree Mall in Columbus, Georgia on February 19, 2023 around approximately 1230ish. We walked in and wasn’t greeted. The store wasn’t busy and had 2 families shopping, making it 5 customers total. There were three employees (2 males, 1 female). While we’re walking around for about 5 minutes, we still weren’t greeted or asked if we needed any assistance. One male employee was assisting a male customer and his daughter, the other male employee went into the back area and the female stayed on her phone leaning on a clothing rack. During this time, a family of 3 was walking out, leaving just the father and daughter, myself and my son as the only customers in the store. We sat down to await assistance. After about ten minutes of sitting there, right next to the female employee, she finally asked me and I quote, “Y’all need help with something?” I responded “uhhh yea. I need my son feet sized for some basketball shoes.” They all looked at each other puzzled as if I was invisible. She went and retrieved the foot sizing instrument and continued to help us. By this time, I was already irritated and no longer interested in purchasing from that particular store. My point is, as an employee, everyone should be attentive to customers; not being on their phones in the customers presence. Especially if they’re not willing to assist. That was poor customer service and I wasn’t happy with the visit. I’m unsure of the company’s policy but I am sure not being attentive to customers isn’t a part of it. I’ll never go to that location again.

Horrible, terrible, awful company. Looking for a company that has absolutely zero, correction, subzero customer service. My daughter ordered shoes for my grandson. She paid using Apple Pay…anyone else in the world use Apple Pay? Like hundreds of thousands or millions of others, right? Apple Pay has the shipping address right on the app. Despite the fact that Nike and another company had no problem sending orders to the correct address the very same day, Kids Foot Locker sent the items to an address where she lived over a year ago. When she notified the company of the error they told her there was nothing she could do because the items were delivered. The manager she spoke with stated the same thing.How long are consumers going to put up with horrible companies literally stealing from their customers? Here my daughter is, a single mother trying to make ends meet in these high inflationary times and then you have companies like these screwing the consumer. I hope that everyone reads this and never gives these low life’s another penny. Push these thieves out into the gutter where they belong!!!
