I have never had any problems getting service. I call in earlier than they suggest and tell them I am a bit above and not in dire need of a fill. Within a few days they have come out and filled my tank and checked it. They are always friendly and knowledgeable to my needs. I have been with them for many years and unless they close their business, I will stay with them. Thank you to all who work at FERRELL GAS!

Waiting for a return call from the account manager, he has no number to be connected at. Customer service is a joke.Too many chiefs and not enough indians. People need true customer service not a run around!!!!!!!!!!!Would give Ferrellgas a 0!!!!!!!!!

Really bad service! I ran out of gas so I called ten days ago and they made me paid first and I’m still waiting for them to come they just told me they are going to came since last Friday and then yesterday and today and nothing!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Last week I ran out of propane and unfortunately needed a valve replacement. When I called to schedule the service appointment they already had it tagged and knew the issue. Today a gentleman (I’ve attached his signature in hopes of recognition) arrived early in the scheduled window and he got it fixed in no time at all. He let me know he’d put a call in that the green tag was on and to call in a few hours to reschedule my fill. When I called, to my surprise, it had already been setup. I called back and spoke to a rep who confirmed the District Manager had scheduled it for me. I truly don’t think I’ve witnessed such kindness and professionalism from a company. I wish I knew everyone’s name so I could thank you all individually! You truly turned what felt like a worst case scenario into a pleasant experience and we will continue to do business with you all!

The gas delivery guy was great. When he sprayed some solution on the regulator, he said it was leaking and needed to be replaced. He filed a request for regulator replacement, and I also called the local number to request that service. Three weeks later I have heard nothing from Ferrell about replacing the regulator. How long would one expect to wait in order to be able to use his gas?

They really do have amazing customer service, in this day and age that is very much appreciated. My regular driver feels like family you only see twice a year and are always glad they came over. He's careful and considerate, a true professional. Thank you Ferrell Gas!

We began using Ferrellgas about 3 or 4 years ago. The deliveries have always been made when promised and their price is very competitive. We have had two drivers since we started with Ferrellgas and both very courteous.
