I visited the store on 3/28/2024 around 7:30 pm. The female manager on duty was very rude and made me and my children uncomfortable. She disrespected me in front of my kids without a cause. She acted as if she could not hear me when I simply asked her to give me my toddlers candy once she rang it up instead of placing it in a bag. She then began to loud talk me and placed my receipt on the counter instead of placing it in my hand. I remained professional even to the point of telling her thank you, just for her to not respond. During the time that she was being rude there were other customers in the line. The way she acted seems as if it’s something that she has continually gotten away with instead of receiving corrective actions. I understand that people have a bad day at times, but adults should always be cautious as to their behavior when it comes to kids being in the midst . My oldest son began to ask me questions such as why did she treat you that way once we left the store. I’m pretty sure this negative experience is something that my son will never forget. I don’t suggest anyone visit this store unless you’re ready to deal with unprofessionalism and to be treated inhumane!

This is one of my favorite stores on this side of town usually quiet but well kept and usually have a pleasant staff and never long lines. Great deals right now check it out

Girl with the braids at the register has a nasty attitude, was trying to sell chocolate for the boy's and girls club but while trying to sell to me no eye contact no smile as a matter of fact I think she rolled her eyes then stated nobody wants to support umm ma'am you act like you don't want to even want to ask anyway and you're not at alll engaging yuck needs a job with less communication with people

On yesterday at 6:00pm a female with braids was saying VERY LOUDLY and in front of customers, "I should have called out today" and "I do not want to work today". And it CLEARLY showed. She openly rolled her eyes and smacked her lips because she had a line!! The manager came up and didn't say anything about her rudeness and unprofessionalism. It's always a horrible experience here. I WONT BE BACK.

Rondell Farver, has the worst customer service skills, very rude, not polite and doesn’t know how to handle situations where the product is not working as intended, instead of helping he laughs of the situation

Never friendly...the staff seems like they're scared of the manager which is some loud older black woman who is always on her phone talking loud about personal things....she is sooòooo rude...she needs to BE FIRED... she wears glasses I think she's the GM...BADDDD CS SKILLS

2 bathrooms are available. 1 is for women and one is for men. They are both locked. I ask employee for key and I am told that they are staff only bathrooms. I left unable to use the restroom. There are no signs indicating that either.
