Whenever I visit my mom in Columbus GA, we always end up at this Family Dollar. The people are friendly and they seem to have just about everything I'm looking for. The store is clean and organized and they have repaved some of the parking lot that had big potholes, which didn't seem to bother the people that shopped here. I like this store. It's convenient and close to Mom's.

Very poor customer service. I stood in line while 4 employees stood behind the counter talking. It took about 12 minutes to check out 3 customers.

Great friendly cleaning store very helpful and was greeted as soon as I walked in unlike the one on Hamilton rd staff are very rude and impolite and very unhelpful when looking for something the store manager is rude as well and very pushy when they are doing the little contest

Clean and nice staff. But it's cluttered with items in the front section and lacks a good selection of clothes. They also need to enforce their staff and customers with wearing mask inside.
