This is one of my favorites place to stay in Columbus for work travel. This is with a filling EARLY- FREE breakfast, clean rooms, excellent customer service.The area is swimming with food options, Walmart and Smoothie King !!There is a pool and fitness center, which is usually my last stop before bed; the late closing times on them make it easy to do. When I ran into a emergency during a stay, I was accommodated immediately with bonus point! Feels like home.

The rooms were full of bedbugs and the service was very poor. I complained about having bed bugs in my room and it took them 2 weeks to even respond. Please check the rooms for bed bugs. I had to deep clean my entire car and luggage before I go home. The hotel management didn’t make any effort to compensate or offer to clean.

This hotel was horrible. I have been traveling for work and staying at Marriott brands for years. This hotel room smelled like mold and standing water. I checked in after a cross country flight, I was up since 2:30am traveling. When I saw the room, my thought was to go out and get some Lysol, I did that and then I came to my senses. I called Marriott’s customer service, explained the situation and they advised me to go to the from desk and check out. In the meanwhile, I booked a room at the AC Hotel which is also a Marriott brand. I went to the front desk and explained about the smell in the room, the manager said Ok we will refund your money or will not charge your card in the morning. They never refunded the money. I called Marriott and they said we will get the money back there was nothing else for me to do. I still do not have the money back. This hotel was more like an old 1 star Motel 6 or worse. Don’t book here.Rooms: Smelly, old, dirty walls.

Hotel had no hot breakfast as advertised. Front desk claimed it was due to Management's decision based on low occupancy.Food & drinks: Severely lacking breakfast food and beverage as advertised.Noteworthy details: Front desk clerk from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. was outstanding. Very friendly and very accommodating.

Friendly staff. small bathroom. Towels should be replaced so thread thin. Recently stayed and had issues with the bathroom not being clean, and tile floors were sticky. Staff tried to remedy the issues, and the floor was cleaned. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some serious upgrades. Provided the staff with photos of scum in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, as well as the doorknob in the bathroom.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and even recommended some places to eat in the area, however, cleanliness of rooms is more important than a friendly staff to some of us.The sheets had hair on them and most likely had just been made up from the previous guest. The floor had stuff all over it and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The toilet had hair on it and the shower looked and felt disgusting. It usually takes a bit to make me leave a poor review, and I do not review things often. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a comfortable and clean room to spend a night or two in.

Service was outstanding which made up for the mediocre rooms and lack of daily room cleaning. At the very least Marriott should provide more points to members if rooms are not going to be serviced daily. Location is South Columbus which isn't the Ritz Carlton of areas, but it is close to the highway and lots of shops/food, making it convenient for quick commuting travel.

This place was terrible. The bathroom was disgusting. Every wall was covered in peeling and cracking paint. There was mildew growing all over the ceiling, and the tub was COVERED in caulk from bad cover up jobs and patches. The ceiling vent was also filthy, like it hadn't even been cleaned.I'm pretty sure the sheets weren't changed, and the floor by the AC unit was damp.The refrigerator didn't even work! You had to manually turn it on, only for it to turn off after 2 hours of use. I called up to the front desk to ask if this was normal, and she said most rooms had the same refrigerator. By the time I noticed the refrigerator didn't actually function as a refrigerator, my food had already started spoiling.

Wish we could give a better review but we cannot. The rooms were fairly old, bed wasn’t very comfortable, bathroom wasn’t our standard of clean. Our toilet didn’t want to flush and it took almost two hours to fill back up with water in order to flush. The AC was disgusting (full of dust, maybe mold). Definitely didn’t feel comfortable breathing in that air especially with a little one. But staff was really nice.

Rooms excellent. Service excellent. Front desk personnel very friendly. Professional. Breakfast very good. Lots of options. Although eggs I believe were powdered eggs.CONS: Marriott management- not the personnel working in hotel. Charge $50 hidden fee on your card non returnable for 7/10 days. Just in case something was broken in the room. Or something eaten from the small concession. Marriott used my money for ten days. Times 300 rooms. Worse then loan sharks . I’m still looking for my $50 back on my card.
