This place is great, you get the best eye exam you ever had, the doctor and the staff is kind and patient, they take time and work with you to get the most out deal for the money or insurance that you have and I got my glasses in under an hour, it's always the best experience in going to the eye doctor that you can ever ask for.thank you doctor Brel Clark and staff, keep up the great work

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I get my RX elsewhere, so this was about the front end glasses section. After years of using, I cannot go back. I might lose my ever living MIND. One person, (Tracy), will tell you incorrect information and confuse you--and I've had glasses for years. I went twice last week. The 2nd time was just to look at some other options, as I had a poor experience earlier in the week. Shame on me for trying again. The last few times I've had to wait so long just to try on glasses in locked cases. I ended up just leaving yesterday. I was skipped after waiting for 30 minutes patiently. I sarcasticly said thank you when leaving, after Tracy helped someone who clearly walked in after me, and she actually said "you are welcome"! Wow. There are two people there at this place that are great. Unfortunately they just never seem to be there when I am! Management --get it together. I hope you weren't there Saturday, 8/10. If you were, maybe you were at lunch? As for me, I'll find another place to get my glasses.

Do not make the mistake of trusting the person you are buying the glasses from to give you the warranty you pay for. Read the receipt because they will tell you they are when they arent
