If I could do a negative five stars I would because one star DOES NOT describe the experience I have had with these people. If you choose to purchase furniture from a catalog please expect to wait at least 1-2 months before your items arrive. I went into this store on May 10, 2017 to purchase a sectional I fell in love with from a picture inside of a magazine. I did not get a chance to see, sit, touch, or judge this furniture in person. Of course it should be my fault correct? No, my coworker recommended this place from her one time experience she had so of course being a first time buyer I'm all for recommendations. I paid a down payment of $178.00 and had a remaining balance of $1602.92 remaining left to pay. I took the lay away option so I wouldn't be pressured to complete the purchase. On May 31, 2017 the remaining balanced was paid in full but I was then told my furniture has to come from a warehouse in California and could take up to two weeks to be delivered to my home address. Of course I was a tad bit upset so some lady with curly hair agreed to waive the delivery fee. I'm guessing she was the owner but Lisa the lady who profited off my purchase did not rely a single word to me after May 10th when she received credit for my purchase. However I agreed to the discounted price. Two weeks went past so I decided to call to see if my furniture would be delivered soon. It was brought to my attention my furniture hadn't even left California yet because it was back ordered and would be delivered on or before the 21st. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. June 20th rolled around so I decided to call again to see at what time my furniture would arrive the next day. I was told, "oh no ma'am you're furniture is still on back order until tomorrow and it would then be on it's way to Atlanta's warehouse." I wasn't even at my breaking point at this moment I just simply listened and ended the call. Mind you I have a housewarming I told them about several times that is scheduled for Saturday June 24th but I am still without furniture. On today Friday June 23rd I called to find out the delivery truck caught a flat tire on the way up to Atlanta so my furniture would not be delivered until 6:30. At 5:00 I received a call informing me the truck is an hour and a half away from Columbus so my furniture is not going to be able to arrive until "first thing" in the morning at 10am. It is scheduled to rain all day tomorrow. So I am expected to happily receive practically a $1600 sectional in the pouring rain after waiting almost a month on the day of my housewarming party I constantly told Marian about. I am liable to let the truck get here just to say I want a refund because I feel as if they should go through as much inconvenience that I experienced!

Should not even have one star. Not worthy of it. I am absolutely appalled that I was not allowed a refund on an order that I immediately found I didn't need after all. I called back within forty-five minutes of placing the order and they had not yet even ordered from the vendor, so it was inexcusable that they would allow no refund. I have never done business with such low integrity before and certainly will not again! Austin the clerk there said he could probably get me a refund under the circumstances, but to call back the next day. When I did, he said the owner absolutely refused. He would not give me the name or number to contact the owner. I still cannot believe they are allowed to do business here in such a manner. I will be contacting the appropriate representatives to get the necessary laws addressed. This is totally unacceptable. I recommend that anyone look elsewhere to do business.
