I went into the Dunkin' Donuts where I was met by a very lovely person who took my order. She was very prompt and courteous and even said Thank you. They atmosphere was good so I ate there. Would recommend this fast food place to anybody

What is the point in placing a mobile order if it’s still not ready when I go to pick up 20 minutes later? I have never been asked to “drive out front” when I order at the drive thru. It’s bizarre that I’d have to after having placed a mobile order. Isn’t this supposed to be for faster service? If not then what is the point?These ladies seemed very sweet & hard working so Dunkin either needs to have more people working here in the morning or they need to take some pressure to “move the line” off of their employees. Rushing around impacts quality.

The worker seemed to be in a hurry and trying to do a lot at one time. I felt rushed, but I did notice she was the only one in the front and also wearing the headset for the drive-thru. They could have be under staffed for that moment, but I don't

Our order was taken hastily and rudely. Food was ready in a timely manner but was placed in the mobile order slot in the restaurant. We ordered inside. When the worker realized we had not picked it up she pointed at it. Never said a word. The store was filthy. Chairs were falling apart and there was standing water in the floor without a wet floor sign. Definitely will not return.

Service is lacking. I went twice this week trying to get Boxes of Joe for my job....they said they had no boxes to do this. They get in no hurry to do anything. Thank God for other locations!

The breakfast food I ordered and received was cold. I contacted customer service and was told to contact manager. I was offered a drink for dissatisfaction food. They lost a customer.

There were boxes scattered all over the place. When our order was taken it wasn't recorded or written down what so ever. Didn't get the coffees right. Didn't even grab the right donut. If your people are good enough to just hear an order and do it, that is amazing. If your people THINK they are that good and they aren't, the whole experience is terrible and everyone involved looks novice. They didn't even ring us up right so costing the company money at the same time.

The employees always have an attitude and don't fill everything up all the way, went there this morning and they didn't fill my cup all the way and the person at the window had an attitude for what I presume no reason. Would not recommend.
