I was taken my Yorkie their and some one their burn my dog with the clippers and they never said a word they put a banddanner on her and never said anything my title Yorkie was acting funny that evening so I started to check her and you could see that someone in the shop had shaved under her neck to close it cost me $400 + to get her better and I went back to the shop and told them about what they had done and that it cost me $400+ and said that they would not charge for the next grooming I never went back ,so pet owners please check your pets when you pick them up.

It was a rough first meeting. While my dog is not aggressive, she is high strung and will protest to get her way. They just need to warm up to one another.

Wanted to love this place but it is just not for us. Our baby is an Aussiedoodle and this was her first grooming experience. I have given two stars because my baby appeared to be happy and comfortable being their however the services did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately the groomer suffered an unexpected loss which resulted in a 9 hr session and no communication until my anxiety got the best of me and I called after 5 hrs as closing time came near, she was the last client. Her cut unfortunately does not reflect what the other reviews compliment as she is uneven in some areas in addition to the hair in her ears not addressed but rather being lightly shaven down even though ear hair removal is a common necessity in doodle grooming. In addition we asked that her head be left full which was not and her paws appeared to be barely groomed as well. All of these hiccups would have been understandable if my baby was non cooperative however the groomer complimented her on how well behaved she was and the state of her coat being well taken care of for a doodle. In the end I paid the doodle grooming price but felt that concessions should have been made due to the time and communication issue. As I said owner is nice and I wanted to like this place but it just was not for us.

FLEAS! I was a bather here. This place is infested with fleas first of all. The owner will keep your dogs here all day and then make you bring them back the next day cause they didn’t get finished. She doesn’t pay her employees. Still haven’t received my last paycheck from her. Quit over a month ago. She ignores me and refuses to pay. If we asked about our pay she would get upset with us and just ignore us and tell us not to come in. I did so much extra stuff and she didn’t even care. Stole tips from us too. This place USED to be nice. But the owner is running it to the ground. Don’t take your dogs here. There are cheaper way better places.

Took my Chihuahua Pepper in for a bath and nail trim and they did a fantastic job. Pepper is very tiny and shy and they were gentle and caring with her. She really enjoyed her day and her coat looked and smelled great after her bath!

had been taking my two dogs to Dramatic Paws for… probably years. We loved the lady who bathed the dogs. They were great.I don’t know what changed, but their service has gone downhill in a hurry. I made an appointment a month ago and somebody cancelled last minute due to a medical emergency. Ok. Understandable, but ever since then they have not returned my messages and have been screening my calls. They said they would get back to me on Friday. No answer.

A horrible establishment. Although the reviews were good my dog was not. I received my dog back with fleas and the manager did not care! the staff was wonderful but the manager dismissed my issues and told me to go somewhere else if i didn’t like the place. You do not have tell me twice !! This place is a joke, and this review is a warning.

We brought our dog here for the first time due to the good reviews but I'm not sure how this place has good reviews. My dogs haircut is uneven, looks horrible, and was cut on his balls and under his front arms. This has never happened at another groomers, our regular groomer had covid so we thought we would give this place a try but not only was he hurt and the haircut looked awful but it was also more expensive than the others I've been to as well. Not worth it if your babies are getting hurt! I definitely will not return!

I’ve taken my dog here 3 times, and they did a decent job trimming his nails (he has anxiety and isn’t the easiest to work with). However, we called ahead today for a walk in (we live 45 minutes away) and were told it was not an issue to bring him in. When we arrived we were told that he was no longer welcome there and that we would have to go somewhere else due to his anxiety. I feel that this matter could have been easily resolved over the phone and not caused us to waste time to bring him in that could have been spent taking him to a different business. I recommend if your dog has any anxiety to take them elsewhere.

I am so glad I found this place! The ladies are kind and knowledgeable. You can tell they love what they do. Delilah came home soft and smelling beautiful. Today was our first time but we will be back!

Omg I looooove this establishment and I love Jennifer ❤️ she was absolutely amazing with my 13yo senior shih tzu Dhani who's very temperamental and kinda a little crazy at times. She was very patient with him and she said he behaved very well and he's so playful and cheerful now, I am beyond happy with how he looks and how he was cared for! Great job to all the staff and Stephanie for calling and keeping me updated on how he was doing! Thank you!

The owner groomed our Labradoodle and she looks TERRIBLE! You can’t even tell she had anything done! Her legs weren’t cut and the hair on one side of her face is shorter than the other side. She didn’t touch her tail. DO NOT take your dog there. When I called to complain the owner yelled and screamed at me so I hung up. Go to PLAYFULL PUPS. They are GREAT!!!
