The Lady that works in the Brahmin Handbag section, Carrie, is VERY rude and unhelpful! She only wants to help certain people and if you're not one of those people, she doesn't even ask if you need assistance. She just stands there giving nasty looks and acts like she wants you to just go away. For no apparent reason other then she seems like she doesn't care for people that ask questions. Probably because she can't answer them. She's supposed to be the "Brahmin Specialist" but shes clueless about the names of styles and colors. Everyone else there is great and very nice and helpful! But because of Carrie, I will never purchase anything Brahmin from there again. ?????

I had ordered some makeup online, and it was running late. DILLARDS is the only place I could find Lancolm pressed powder. The girl at the desk was very helpful and polite. She told me I was in luck they had my shade 220 buff in stock. I was so happy. I hope I do not have mishaps in shipping in the future, but if I do, I know where to find my make-up.

This is just an average retail store nothing special. They never have decent sales and everything is severely overpriced. They think 30% off is good when I can go to the Macy's store in the same Mall I get the same items for 50% off. Their credit lines for their charge card is low and they won't even take payments in the store with a debit card. You have to use cash only. I'm cutting my card up and throwing it in the trash where it belongs.

Great store as far as the items they are selling; however, the facility itself is run- down. Upon entry is the smell of dampness and mold. Carpets are dirty throughout, bathrooms are outdated and dingy. Hopefully, they will reinvest in their facility or move to Columbus Park Crossing at some point. But being the this only type of department store in Columbus it's basically your only choice (and maybe the reason they don't upgrade their store.)

If you catch a good deal or some items on clearance so they literally got something for everyone. The store is always clean and well lit. Customer service is great

The fashion shows are great! They need more styles in dressy dresses and larger sizes for teens. Teens spend on clothes but need size and style appropriate. Too tight and too much chest exposure. Saw a dress that ended in the same place as under garments. The girl bought it. Walked holding the hem down when she tried it on.
