I have had an "Error Authenticating" issue for weeks now when trying to use their mobile app via my cell phone. I have been in touch with their customer service department via email since the issue started and they have sent numerous emails saying they are working on it and then that it is resolved but it is not. I have not been able to take advantage of the promotions that were going on. I can use my cellphone for most other businesses, apps, and orders with no problems.

I was just in this afternoon searching for something to relieve my sciatica pain. I was promptly welcomed and pointed at in the direction of my options. As I limped that way… I discovered a whole line of “Trigger point” brand products (much more than your competitors!). My apology for not catching the employee’s name who helped me at the door. I was at academy and the greeter didn’t know the store layout. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return. Thanks!!! ?????

An associate named Colton helped me when I came into the store with my 4 boys . He even sat on the floor with my 3 year old son and helped him try on different shin guards until we found the right ones. He was so sweet and patient, thank you

Love this store!! Just gets really irritating when their lost prevention wants to annoy you the entire time you’re there following you everywhere you go in store for no reason.

Great golf section & assistance. Nic and Michael were very helpful and did a fantastic job resizing a driver for me. Their professional knowledge is unmatched. Highly recommend paying these guys a visit if you need any golf equipment/help.

To all whom are considering applying/working here, I highly would not recommend it. I put in an application with Dick’s Sporting Goods in Columbus Georgia, got the call that I was hired and that I was going to be receiving an email with my official offer letter and never received it. This is absolutely misleading and very unprofessional. I reached out to the store numerous times trying to get clarification on what was going on and never got a call back from a supervisor or manager. This place is a big red flag and I wouldn’t recommend anyone submitting an application here.

Was in the Columbus store today to buy golf clubs. No one waited or approached me. One staff member did walk and saw me holding a left club because well I am left handed. He said in passing “you are holding the wrong club” and snickered as he disappeared to the back. The Golf Shop on Armour Road was friendly.

The store in Columbus Park is clean, the associates are friendly, and there is a healthy selection of all the best brands of athletic apparel. What’s more, they go out of their way to help with returns and other customer specific issue. Bryelle was a rockstar and did way more than she had to for an issue I had with scorecard rewards. We will always try Dick’s before other stores when it comes to sporting goods.

As useual followed while being black. I luv the way security guy with baseball cap starts conversations with sales woman about his athletic daughter.. got my wife's gifts and got out...make me sick!
