Not the best experience. I came in today and she didn't greet me at all. She started to use the file machine on regular nail polish. She was rushing and I told her that it wasn't gel It was regular polish then she used no polish remover. She seemed very annoyed the whole appointment. After she painted my toenail, she said she was gonna wait to put the top coat after my nails. When she was done I had to wait a few more minutes. I had leave and put my shoes on, now my toes are messed up.

I’ve been patronizing Diamond Nails for a few years and have had no complaints until today. Arrived at the shop around 4pm for a pedicure and the only female tech in the salon at that time waited on me. Her demeanor was less than desirable and I felt she wasn’t sensitive to the way I have to sit and position my feet a certain way due to my joint pain and discomfort. All other techs I have seen in the past have been which has been appreciated. But what really was disrespectful was when she tossed clipped toenails and skin debris removed from my feet into the pedicure bowl where my feet were soaking. This treatment is unacceptable and I advised her of this and walked out. A different employee did follow me out the door and asked what happened and told me she would contact the manager. Unsure if anything will result from the manager being contacted so I will be looking for a different salon to patronize.Service: Pedicure

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They had a wide range of nail colors and designs to choose from, and the nail technicians were skilled and attentive to detail. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I left with beautiful nails and a smile on my face. I'll definitely be coming back for more pampering in the future! Thank you Minnie

I got my nails done last month and they charged me 55 dollars. I went there today did the same design same length and they charged me 80 dollars so when I brought it up they said they choose their prices. They cut me the lady was not friendly and gave dirty looks. I cannot believe it, when they have their prices on the wall. Stop taking advantage of customers. I will never go to this place again and they didn't want to give me a receipt

Terrible customer service. Starting to see a trend with these Asian nail shops as a black man trying to get his daughters nails done. When we walked in we was barley greeted I had to ask someone for help. Waited over 30 mins which isn’t a problem but when you are serving people that came in after us it’s a problem. Then when I finally ask are we next you have an attitude. Please stop giving these businesses your money for terrible customer service.

Went to have my acrylics removed after less than 2 weeks. Jenny was my technician and she immediately grabbed a nail tip and began sliding it under my nails. I informed her I wanted a soak, and she said it would take too long. After the second nail was ripped off, I informed her she was hurting me, to which she did not respond as she was too busy taking a phone call. I then told her it looked like this process was damaging my nails, and she still ignored me. She left polish and acrylic on half my nails, and my nail beds are still sore. Maybe a language barrier, but if the customer is paying, and they inform you that you are hurting them, the employee should listen. I could have saved myself the $15 and soaked them at home.

Let me start by saying you’re paying for the atmosphere not the services you receive… the shop is extremely overpriced the price list doesn’t match what you pay…. They weren’t busy we sat in the shop for almost 3 1/2 hours.. we not be returning for any servicesServices: Acrylic nails

I went in last night and got a Brazilian done by Minnie and let me tell you. It was my first time ever and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Once I informed her of that she made she to do everything she could to make me feel as comfortable as possible. We talked and laughed during my waxing session and honestly it was the BEST experience. I’ve already scheduled to go back and I’m just excited that I found someone that made me feel comfortable during the entire process. 10/10! Ladies, go see her!Service: Waxing
