We have had a very bad year with my daughter losing her dad and myself losing total income waiting on SSD and my teenage daughter ask me if we could go to this store because she had school books to sell and video she has Artisam and other medical problem's and when we went into the store we spoke to the older short hair lady upfront and she was very nice and honest and I was talking to her about guns and my daughter went around the corner and all I heard what I could describe a old woman with shoulder length hair and she was screaming at my daughter and coming after her like a raven lunatic and then the old man with the grey hair started shouting at her to because of the old witch was shouting get out of the store and this was the first time we ever done anything like this before and honestly everything overpriced and never seen anything like them before very unfortunate that my daughter was basically attacked by them for asking to buy school books or a movie and all I can say is if that's how these people treat people and continue to be rude and crazy and totally loose control like that old women can't see them being in business for to much longer and honestly you can get better service and jewelry bran new cheaper guns too actually robbery what they charge don't waist you're time with this business something very wrong with those people

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry here in the past, but since the 2 new women have started working there the service here has went straight to hell. They don't offer any deals...they don't offer to clean your jewelry...at least when Tracy was there all that was offered and done! They have lost a good customer. I wont return!!!

The older white lady short one has a VERY nasty attitude!!! And tired to loud talk me in there I’m 53 I got in trouble when I was 16 I was trying to buy a small hand gun and she announced VERY loudly her exact words were YOUR’RE a felon I said it was a pocket knife and it was 20 something yrs ago she loudly says u know what they say once a felon always a felon I calmly said not necessarily ppl do change and I walked out she btr mind how she talks to ppl the next person she loudly says that to may not be as calm as I was …..

We're do I start, if your buying jewelry the southern charming Tracey or Linda can help you. They both give good deals, and are super funny. If your buying guns please speak to the lovely Harriet behind the gun case. The customer service is awesome and prices are lovely. My husband and I have been shopping with them 10 years, I really love em their like family. My husband bought my 1st engagement ring here , and my newest one. Plus a majority of our weapons come from here, no one can beat their prices.
