I moved away a long time ago and still go through the trouble of sending my documents every year back to DA Benson tax service because I’m not willing to have anybody else do them. Absolutely the best in the business. Oh, and when I’ve needed tax return records or info in the past (even in the middle of the year), he’s always provided those promptly. We had some questions before we got started. Mr. Benson answered them effectively and without issue. No hidden fees, no cost sprung at the end, he was upfront and honest through the entire process. He answered some tax question unrelated to our current filing as well. He offered practical and legal tax advisement.All that pales in comparison the the human factor. Mr. Benson and the receptionist whom I can't recall her name where just enjoyable to work and speak with. That's what you get with DA Benson that you don't get with a national tax services chain. Service with a friendly smile. It's was awesome and thanks for everything y'all did.
