I recently called this CVS to speak to a manager on duty and was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from someone named Andre. I just needed to know about the current job position that was posted and other information needed if necessary. Andre did NOT give any explanation but just hung up the phone instead. I don’t know if Andre was having a bad day or not but I hope they have the day they deserve.

Went to CVS and it's self checkout. I just found out that they are charging you for the bags. Let me get this straight. Ring up my own merchandise and they are going to charge me for a bag. Really!!!!
Self checkout are taking away jobs for the teenagers that wants to work. Get rid of those machines and get people who want to work. The GOOD OLE DAYS are Gone!!!!

Extremely ignorant pharmacy staff. Refuse to fill non-controlled substances without doctor's DEA, this is illegal and prevents patients from getting the care they need. Go elsewhere!!!

My first negative review-
Heaven is the most unprofessional employee this company has ever hired. She’s rude, stoned, and cares zero about customers. She also pocketed the items I paid for instead of putting them in my bag. Hopefully this location will realize sooner than later and hire someone in her place!

ALEEHA IS A B**CH‼️‼️ SHE WORKS IN THE PHARMACY! SHE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE & MAKES THINGS WAY MORE DIFFICULT THAN THEY SHOULD BE! THESE MEDICATIONS ARE IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE'S LIVES! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PHARMACY A NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD! GO ELSEWHERE!! SHE'S A JACKA**!

Super easy to get in and out. Everything is where it’s supposed to be, labeled properly, easy to grab, and they have clean shelves and aisles. I’m in and out usually within a few minutes. Love going here!

Anyone who pushes a shot or drug, without giving (or even knowing) the risks and benefits of it to the patient... should not give the drug or shot.. also, the entire staff taking an hour lunch break, when little elderly women waiting in line after driving there, just to be told to sit and wait an hour is sad to me.

Will not transfer script to another cvs when they are out of stock; long wait lines; suppose to notify when script is ready and dont, not friendly; always short staffed
